Steak was pretty good ,service was OK maybe be a little more friendly to help people decide. Prices are what you would seem to pay for a sandwich. Only complaint would be location and getting in and out of location is tough.

The attention to detail is impeccable. Everything throughout the restaurant is well thought out from the Charley’s restaurant area to the Hershey’s dessert seating. The management places an emphasis on customer satisfaction and comfort while dining in the restaurant.My family and I enjoyed our meal and dessert and can’t wait to make this a regular dining experience for us☺️

Loud but friendly atmosphere. Food is typical of Charley's restaurants so don't go expecting gourmet. But they do have a drive-thru window , phone orders, and while they don't offer delivery, you can always use DoorDash or GrubHub. Connected to Hershey's Ice Cream, so you can grab dessert while you're here. Got my order to go and very impressed with speed of service. Less than 10 minutes. P.S. The Kentucky Barbecue Cheesesteak is delicious! P.P.S. They are not just coming soon, they are open for business!

My first time here since the bank left.Very clean set up nice ice cream area.Even has a small video game room for enjoyment.Wife and I got boneless wings and a veggie sandwich.Was very tasty and fresh.We will be back .

Your online menu has no description of the sauces and rubs available for wings. I tried to post a review and I have to have a minimum number of characters. Well ok - My plans are to go in for take out, It is hard to orders for others without more details on your menu. I am hoping your food and service is better than you online sources
I just wanted to take a second to write a review on the service I received last Friday with this location. I made an online order for Charley’s cheesesteak and it told me it was ready to pick up so I went to the nearby location which is this location on mariner and they told me my order wasn’t visibleand I was getting a little upset because I know I placed it and I didn’t know what happened so I checked my phone and I ended up placing it at their other location at Walmart so then I had to make another order which I understood I wasn’t upset and I knew I messed up by not paying attention to the location before placing it, so I made another order. I then use my car to pay for it and for some reason the register said that it didn’t go through but on my phone, it shows the money was taken out so they wanted to charge my Card and I told the manager it went through. I show it on my phone and your register is stating that I still had a balance which is not correct so he said I apologize the register is not working properly today. He said I’m gonna go ahead and trust you and allow you to take the food and in a few days if it shows that the transaction was not actually made and you get the money back just come back and pay for your food but I will allow you to go aheadand take the food today and then he packaged my items for me and let me go. I’m not gonna lie I was still a little upset considering the bad luck, I was having that night with trying to order food for myself and my kids, but was grateful he allowed me to take the food and trust in me that I was going to come back if it didn’t Actually charge. I called him today and told him that it did go through and he said no problem. I’m glad I got my money back and I was happy to have helped you the other day. He said he can read people and he knew that I was being trustworthy, so I just want to state that I truly appreciate him Helping me out that night because if he would’ve made me pay for it again, I would’ve been Out almost 100 bucks on food for myself and two kids for just one meal that should’ve cost only 30 bucks so thanks again and I will be returning in the future considering the customer service that I got.

Tried a few different menu items none of them were terrible but none of them were anything that made me want to go back. Couldn't place an order on the website without creating a whole account. Couldn't place an order over the phone because they don't do that. Ask for food to go and it was put on a tray and then had to be put in the bags.

The new restaurant is spacious and shares with a Hershey's Ice Cream parlor. The chicken cheesesteaks were great! Great value and flavor. Small sandwich and fries for about 6 dollars. Try the strawberry lemonade!We ordered some boneless chicken a few days later, and those were delicious too.
Delicious food and friendly staff. Great place to celebrate a special event with family or friends, great vibes. Also, Hershey’s ice cream and the arcade games made our experience even more memorable.

It's not a good place to work. Management will hire, but once hired, he won't give you the hours to work. When asked, he's always giving you the run around or too busy to give his employees hours. I guess the employees are supposed to guess if they still have a job since Management doesn't say anything. It's a waste of time.
