The best spot to grab a grilled cheese not only is it the best grilled cheese truck in the area but I also recommend trying the tomato soup and the best chilli in town !!

This guy knows how to make a sandwich by far the best there is I get the big Willy and the barbecue sauce is on point and the pork is even better had to come back for the second day in a row for it

First time going there and it was worth the trip! I love grill cheeses, they have different options of bread and cheeses which is nice. I got the basic and it had a LOT of cheese. My husband got the pulled pork one and that was also really good. I got the 4 cheese soup for dipping my sandwich and the combo was noce. They have tables available to stay and eat or to take to go. I will definitely return.

Absolutely amazing!!! This is my first time trying this food truck and let me tell you, it did not disappoint at all! The man of the truck is super sweet and the Hawaiian express sandwich is me in sandwich form! Go try them out, RUN don’t walk! 😂😂♥️

I don’t even like grilled cheeses, but listen when I tell you I saw that menu and just had to try it! And I was sent over the moon. The owner was extremely nice. He was patient and when I say he cooked that grilled cheese to perfection. First he brought it to my car so I didn’t have to be hot. I said let me eat it right here and I was in heaven. I wish I could have brought him home with me lol, I had to get out my car to tell him how good it was. My only complaint is that I live in Tampa and he all the way in spring hill. The best and only grilled cheese I’ll ever eat. Well done!!!

went to cheese dreams today our first time back in awhile as we moved from spring Hill and let me tell you this place never ceases to amaze. Arthur always serves up hot fresh cheesy food and he runs one of the cleanest if not the cleanest food trailers in the area he is also always polite and friendly congratulations on a thriving and successful business and that wonderful family you have. keep serving up the best comfort food around its also veteran owned thanks for your service also.

Absolutely delicious food. We tried both the Triple Threat and Big Willy and they were both so good! The Big Willy had such great flavor and was my favorite. The owners are so nice and attentive. The food definitely hit the spot. We will be back!
