Chilis is hit or miss sometimes. Tonight it was a hit. Our Server Bree was a 12 out of 10. On top of everything. We had a big party...13. The food came out quick, correct, and delicious!

Bombed on the food. Simple hamburgers. Wanted one medium well, the other well. Ended up being medium rare, and medium well. Dropped food and ran, no refills. When she finally came back we told her. Manager made it right BUT we never seen him. Didn't even come to the table. They where not busy but I guess I know why. We won't be back.

Love this place for a quick dinner, food is always good staff is friendly gave 3 on the service cause it was slow but also was kind of busy , will not stop from going back though

Don’t come here enough. I avoid franchises most of the time, but this Chilli’s has an amazing bartender (Bonnie) who has such an amazing personality and makes a mean old fashioned. Fajitas for two is definitely well worth the money spent. I made for a fun and very delicious meal. Add all of the dips today now have on and it’s just a good time. Also, they have military discounts.

Had a wonderful dinner mostly in part of our fabulous waitress Systeana, she was super attentive, polite, and had things ready before we could ask. Loved her, wish all restaurant service could be that great! Food was delicious as well.
