So 2 customers 6 employees you would think it will take less than 5 minutes till you can get your food right? WRONG try 15 minutes waiting in line till someone finally took my order.

I have never tried chipotle before, food it was good, we ordered bowls, barbacoa is delicious , and the service was great, Gio was very helpful and when we went there again he gave me the same excellent service, definitely worth a visit.

I usually don’t grip about these small things, but I ordered a bowl that came with extra protein. There was hardly enough protein in the serving. I don’t need to get a large amount, but at least the amount that I pay for should be sufficient.

On the next note, the chicken was overly seasoned to the point where I could not finish my bowl and that is saying a lot as I enjoy seasoning. Service was very bland and short I wouldn’t go as far as saying they were rude.

I come for the food, and it never dissapoints. This location seems to be very busy, which might explain why the floors and tables aren't as clean as I would expect, but I don't normally dine in anyway. I come for the food, and love the healthy options.

Ordered online & indicated I would pick up inside. I was waiting inside restaurant for my order to be placed on the shelf with name initials. My app indicated that order was placed, however was not prepared or ready yet. I went up to counter, and said I ordered 30 minutes ago. I was told the online orders are kept in a different place behind counter, due to theft. Why didn’t the app show that my order was ready. Very poor service.

Terrible terrible service. I cannot believe the experience i just had. I am going to talk to management.. this was my favorite place to get comfort food these people ruined my experience. I couldnt eat they refused to take my mother's order while she waited patiently. I simply asked for them to give my mother an apology so we can get our food and leave, they refused service were so condescending and disrespectful. I have never ever dealt with such mean people 😕 I pray people get better and realize that their customers are coming in to get food which may be their only comfort in hard times. They rudely called me a child (I am not) neither me or my mother have been treated so poorly

Order delivery of burrito bowl with extra steak. Rice was undercooked and no flavor and missing extra steak. What a waste of money! Guess they only care when your standing in front of them placing your order. What a shame.
