I went today for the first time. I was looking for authentic dominican/puerto Rican food. I was extremely satisfied & happy with my choice. The food is extremely good. Angel was amazing with running down everything they had. Nice quaint spot just like I like it. I would absolutely go back to try other dishes 😋 For real authentic food go straight to Copacabana

If you want a good Cuban, this is not the place to go. Has to be the worst Cuban I've ever had. Took one bite and didn't swallow it. Not sure what kind of meat was on it but it was absolutely awful. Can't speak about anything else there but after that sandwich I'll eat somewhere else.

The food was amazing. I drove 40 mins for the Red snapper and it was amazing. Their mojo sauce for the platanos was fantastic. Overall service Food and Atmosphere was A+ from start to finish. Definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to enjoy authentic Latin Food!!!

We tried this place for the first time the first week in July 2025. The restaurant is small, the photos on Google are deceiving. When we walked in there was a very unpleasant odor, greasy dirty smell. We stayed nonetheless and ordered our food. The two ladies were very nice and courteous, but the food was nothing to write home about. The chicken and steak were overcooked and tough. Rice and Beans on Spring Hill Dr and Anderson have much better tasting food and much bigger portions.

Latin service never disappoint, so if you are craving delicious food as handmade, special service with a smile that comes from the heart and a dedicated cooking crew, so you must take a seat and enjoy the well prepared meals in Copacabana.

I’ve been to this restaurant for lunch and it did not disappoint! I felt like I was home (I am Dominican). My review is for their catering service! The amount of food and the price cannot be beat! I literally had no food left over and I made sure I had for over 120people at my daughters Quinceañera! Lily was amazing and helpful, she guided me through everything and also broke it down for me. Honestly 10/10 recommend! The food is delicious and it’s family owned can’t beat that. Do yourself a favor and go eat there and get catered food too for any event!

Omg ignore the bad reviews what they are saying is so subjective. I am a big advocate of supporting small business let’s keep this hidden gem alive people the service was wonderful the food and portions were so good. The decorations took me to Dominican for sure small and cozy. This is a must try.
The wait took more then an hour for food to be prepared, the amount of food too little for the price, I told them to add more pork to one of my orders, that I will pay for the difference and they didn't do it. After a lady came in , in her lunch break and put her order and the lady told him to pack her order her lunch break had passed, so the lady wasn't able to eat her food. I used to be a restaurant owner and in these situations I was never allowed to happen in my restaurant . I was so disappointed that I definitely won't be back and recommend someone else.
