We love Coyote Rojo They have great service and Excellent food ! Hands down the best Mexican food around!! I love their Margaritas too!! Try it you won’t be disappointed.

We had dinner at Coyote. It first started with warm fresh chips and homemade salsa. Having been to Mexico I was impressed with the salsa...it had onion and cilantro like in Mexico. My wife had burritos while I had the seafood burrito and a green sauce chicken enchilada. Both orders were great. One reason we live Coyote is they are one of the only restaurants that actually flavor their refried beans and rice...they care about their quality. Service was quick and yet they knew to leave us time to visit with the other couple we were with. The price was more than fair and we once again had a great time at Coyote Rojo. Almost forgot, they make the best margaritas, great quality and more than fair price.

If you want good Mexican food on a Saturday, this place isn’t the place to go. When Jackie isn’t here this place goes to heck. Danny the bartender is always on his phone and takes for ever to serve. Monday thru Friday this place is good. Saturdays are always a nightmare

Stopped in for their special Taco Tuesdays. $2.00 tacos. Found them to be very tasty and full of meat. I recommend the shredded beef tacos. Juicy and delicious.

It was steady busy. Waitress didn’t check in on us. Guacamole left a lot to be desired it was like just mashed avocado with some tomatoes. I’ve gotten better at the grocery store. It really missed the mark of what it could be. Chips were ok. We got the Mahi tacos. Corn tortillas literally stuck to the plate. Again these also missed the mark and could have had much more flavor.

Picked up two, 3-taco dinners for my wife and I and when I got home, the salsa was open and all over the bag. We both only received 2 of the 3 tacos. One of mine completely fell apart when I picked it up and the other one, well, look at the pic and see for yourself. Unbelievable
