Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Well I have aways loved Cracker Barrel for its store and for dining but here lately I have been disappointed in their change of menu. Example is I love their chicken pot pie well now you only get it on a certain day and there has been other changes to the menus as well . Hit to mention it seems like the portions have decreased too. The last three times I have been there I have been disappointed. Being honest I have to say Cracker Barrel probably will not be my place if choice anymore. Also whenever I travel which is every year a couple times a year Cracker Barrel was my favorite stops along the way I always knew I would have a good meal there . Now I have to say the food itself is still good but they have changed the menu .like any other restaurant you go to you have your favorite meal you always seem to order . But I couldn’t honestly say I would not recommend Cracker Barrel ..staff are always friendly and polite and very helpful.

I recently had a Christmas brunch and we were extremely happy with all of the food. It was definitely a wonderful experience to work with everyone at our local Cracker

Our weekly Date Night at Cracker Barrel in Spring Hill. Great food, and enough left over for lunch tomorrow. Server was very attentive, despite a pretty full Sat night dinner crowd. We'll be back soon. Management even helped serve our meal. That's real teamwork.

Had a great waitress..she was very friendly and checked with us to see if everythimg was ok.
Service was great not too long. I had children's mini pancakes with bacon. Im not a big eater.
My husband had 3 eggs with bacon and casserole. The only problem we had the bacon was overcooked and the potatoe casserole was small and he is a big eater so he wished they could have made a larger casserole . The waitress gave us an additional plate of bacon which was better

3 stars from me! I so wish I knew how to upload photos, so for now I’ll stick to descriptions.
The food is great but the portions are always a hit and miss which made me stopped eating here for real, but my pregnancy cravings just HAD to crave them once more 🙄. Last week portions were on point and great. Today though? I ordered a 2 course sampler (meatloaf with chicken and dumplings and my sides are mashed potatoes and gravy with macaroni), tell me why I didn’t even get a FULL spoon of sides? Tell me why on my $10 vegetable plate (2 Mac and cheese and 2 turnip greens) I got LESS than a spoonful? Like WHET? Just ridiculous and I can’t wait to hear back from the PR and human relations team because this is a BIG NO! I can’t get jiggy with the money I paid vs the portions I received 😤. 3 stars because the workers are nice and the food is good so I can’t hate on that! But do BETTER with the portions, PLEASE!

Almost 99% of time when I visit cracker barrel I order the roast beef dinner. The roast beef dinner was not on the menu yesterday and replaced by the pot roast dinner. It was ok, but not nearly as delicious as the roast beef dinner. I will not order it again! Bring back the roast beef dinner. Charlotte Melching

I believe before covid, there was a difference with many businesses. I feel confident that most people in general would agree. Covid was a monster for sure, so many people lost their lives. I believe businesses in general are still trying to recover from this. Any place people gather truly took a hit, my feeling is cracker barrel is shooting for a new beginning.

We order to go quite a bit from Cracker Barrel. I use the app and it's very convenient to order and pay (although I do wish they had Apple Pay). Curbside pickup is prompt and very pleasant! Orders have always been accurate. I contacted Customer Service about changing my email and it was done quickly! Love the rewards program.

Food took forever to come out, and was cold when it did.

This is the 3rd and last time I got take out. The order was wrong. The food quality was poor as if there is NO quality control. Used to be one of my favorite consistent places but this particular one has taken a nose dive. Now sure who to blame but I would start with management

Horrible Thanksgiving meal! Barley warm food, stuffing looked like something you would feed to a dog, No mash potatoes (extra $) sweet potato casserole had nuts with no substitute. SOL if you are allergic. And the Turkey sure didn't taste like any real .
