The food was great, and the service was fantastic. Our Cracker Barrel has not been ruined yet with a renovation, and I hope that corporate decides to leave it as it is. It’s perfect now, and changing it will ruin it. I’ll keep eating here as long as it looks and feels like a real Cracker Barrel.

Brenden went ABOVE AND BEYOND to provide me service. When I accidentally ordered my food at the Brooksville store, Brendan made sure that I received food in a timely matter. Not only that he made me feel like I was a priority and took the time to figure out where the problem was. I hope the managers know how awesome an employee he really is. He completely turned my mood around ! 10/10

The service was great. They were short on staff so they were just working as fast as they could. They all still had smiles on their faces. The food was good. They forgot to give me one of my sides and the shrimp plate I ordered to go for my son was messed up. I ordered shrimp with broccoli and mashed potatoes. When I got home they gave me chicken, mashed potatoes and carrots. I couldn't go back because it was too far of a drive. I take part of the blame for not checking...
