First time trying this restaurant with my family . Food was amazing ! Started with pierogies and then the breaded pork loin ( Schabowy) as my entree. Portions are large enough to get two meals ! Fun atmosphere and the service was great !! Definitely recommend !

Thanksgiving Dinner Special – Very Disappointing

I’ve always liked this place, so this experience was especially upsetting. The Thanksgiving special fell far short of basic expectations.

- The turkey was extremely dry and came with no stuffing at all. Call me old-fashioned, but Thanksgiving turkey without stuffing feels incomplete.
- The “mashed potatoes” on the menu turned out to be watery mashed sweet potatoes with a baby-food texture—nothing like real mashed potatoes.
- The “crispy” Brussels sprouts were soggy and clearly boiled. When I politely asked if we could swap them since they were supposed to be crispy, the server said, “That’s as crispy as they’re going to get.”
- Cranberry sauce was completely bland and flavorless.

We were seated near the bar by the window. Throughout dinner, staff kept stepping outside for smoking breaks and sat on the outdoor tables right next to the open windows, smoking heavily. The smoke drifted straight into the dining room—it was gross and ruined the little appetite we had left.

Service was poor all around: our server seemed annoyed most of the night, barely checked on us, and never brought condiments. My friend, who has limited mobility, had to get up and hunt down mustard himself.

For a holiday special at a restaurant I normally enjoy, this was shockingly bad in every category—food, atmosphere, and service. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously.

Top end great food. It is going to cost you but it is flavor and culture you will not get anywhere else, except Poland.

Old World European charm with friendly staff and delicious food. I really enjoyed the steak tartare. A little expensive bit still reasonable.

I’ve been to Cracovia a few times with my brothers, and it’s become one of my favorite spots whenever I’m in the area. Every visit has been excellent. Debra has been our server each time, and she is absolutely amazing—so thoughtful, attentive to detail, and genuinely invested in taking great care of her customers. The food is consistently delicious, and the whole experience always feels welcoming. Highly recommend!

My husband and I celebrated our 11th anniversary at CRACOVIA, and it was truly unforgettable. I had heard wonderful things about this restaurant beforehand, but even with all the great comments, it still exceeded my expectations.

The moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt like stepping into a beautiful medieval castle — cozy, enchanting, and unlike anything else in Spring Hill. It made the night feel extra special.

Every part of our meal was incredible. From the appetizer to the fresh salad with their delicious house Italian vinaigrette, everything was flavorful and beautifully prepared. Our main entrées were very generous in portion size, and absolutely delicious. And as a surprise, they brought out a decadent anniversary cake for us, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Our waitress, Debbie, was wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and really added to the warmth of the experience.

CRACOVIA is a rare find. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience with fantastic food, generous portions, beautiful ambience, and exceptional service, I highly recommend this restaurant. We can’t wait to return! ⭐️

I used to love this place and have been coming for 4 years, over that time the pricing is crazy. $5.10 for an unsweetened tea? Over $30 for each simple entree? They even charged me extra for the olive juice in my martini. I looked back at the photo I took of the menu 4 years ago to send to my Polish family back in Colorado...the same entree went from $13 to $31. Im sorry guys, but your not competing with Michellin star restaurants, no need to price the same way. I won't be going back until a adjustment is made.
