I do not like giving bad reviews but it happened to me twice already. Burger was brought out cold but fries were super hot which is great. First time this happened to me I got food poisoning really bad! This happens when food is served cold by dirty hands handling food including cross contamination. I think the cooks and servers should be trained on proper food handling and appropriate food temperature. It’s $12+ a meal. Proper food handling and food temperature should be taken a lot seriously. It’s dangerous for people who can’t handle food poisoning. Please retrain your employees because if it happens to me personally twice in a couple months then I’m sure it is happening a lot more often than you know. I did want to add that the employees are great with customer service and are always smiling and very sweet. But great customer service involves the food too.
I haven’t eaten here in a while, but I did today and of course again no napkins or receipt. But everything else was great.

I bought a 4 pc tenders, onion rings and the lemon cooler plain. After finishing my meal I started to get swollen under my ear... immediately swollen move to chick, mouth and throat... I was rush to ER. I'm allergic to shrimp. They fried everything in the same oil... there you go. Never to eat there again. This negligence from this company almost cost my life.

The drive through is always hit or miss, as it pertains to the service. Without a line, you may wait a few minutes just to be greeted by someone before you can place an order. Mostly mid-day crew. Night shift is on point. Food always excellent but I’d recommend going inside.

Food was delicious. Young, tall blonde boy at counter had to stop his side conversation to take my order. While I ate, had to listen to him continue conversation even though co-workers were clearly trying to just keep working.

I cannot say enough about the amazing staff at this establishment. The manager, Jessica was friendly, accommodating, professional, and overall, just a sweetheart. We had such a wonderful experience here and the food was fabulous. The place was spotless cleaned, and everybody greeted us with a smile. Thank you, Culvers for hiring such professional, beautiful people.

Didn’t receive a double butter burger and the mushroom swiss burger was charred and didn’t have mushrooms. I will not order again from this Culver’s.
