Highly disappointed when they refused to even compensate anything because of there issues . Over 2 hours for pizza and forced to pick it up is a joke . Especially on a 60$ or more order

I had tried using 2 coupons fory online order, but you can only use one at a time. I had to figure this out on my own, because the app tells me both are accepted. I called and asked why my order was 23 bucks more than it should have been, and the guy told me it was my extra cheese and one extra topping.
Complete incompetence, horrible customer service. Pizza quality was fine, but I spent a lot more than intended and will not be ordering again from any location

I have eaten in a lot of different places between riding my motorcycle to traveling up in down the east coast and I have to say that this was by far the WORST pizza and wings that I ever had! Gas station food is better over what I just got threw it out so here is a tip buy spam and bread.

Walk into a business to order a small pizza coming from a flight and manager cook tells me he can’t accept my order because it’s 10 o’clock when location closes at 11. Ridiculous customer Support and pure laziness. Frequent traveler of hotel next door. Great job !

Absolutely disgusted! I recently ordered from Domino's and was appalled by the unsanitary practices I witnessed. The cook blatantly ignored my request to wear gloves, touching his face and dirty clothes right before handling my food. To make matters worse, he continued to prepare my pizza without even washing his hands. This is a clear violation of basic food safety standards and completely unacceptable. I will never order from this Domino's again and strongly advise others to do the same.

Just called this location at 11:26pm to order a pizza for delivery. First call was picked up and hung up on. Second call someone answered and said I would be placed on a brief hold which was 25mins than I was hung up on again. I called in enough time to place my order per your website with closing time at 12am. Your customer service sucks!!!! Could have had the courtsey to tell me it's too late if you didn't want to make it.

I had gotten off work and went to dominoes, and I saw that the inside was closed but online orders were still accepted. I was knocking on the door because my phone wasn’t working so I couldn’t call them. I understand not wanting to let people in especially if they’re crazy or agitated but I wasn’t and I didn’t want to go in, I wanted someone to open the door and talk to me because I wanted to explain to them my situation. If they would’ve came out and still told me they couldn’t let me order I would’ve been fine with that. They saw me when I waved but they ignored me and laughed at me, and then turned their backs towards me. I’m not mad, I’m hurt a little but I’m making this post so the employees understand and hopefully will talk to the person standing outside if this happens again. :)
I tried for last time, this Domino's is horrible! Their Tracker lies from the get go saying 30 min delivery, over an hour actual, then I get this smashed old pizza! Will not order again.

If I could give 0 starts I would this place is a joke they don't care about their drivers dropping your food on the muddy ground and saying" well there's nothing i can do about it I apologize "so i call up to the store to make a complaint and was told they would replace my $50 order after waiting almost an hour i call back to see how much longer just to be told they are not replacing it because its not their drivers fault and their driver said it was my fault so they believe their driver because they know their drivers would never drop food. Corporate will be contacted this is absolutely ridiculous YOUR DRIVER MOST DEFINITELY DROPPED 2 PIZZAS , 2 CHICKEN BITES , 1 LOADED TATER TOT AND 1 SALAD !! There was no way it was my fault when CHELSEA dropped it trying to take the food out of the bag!! Horrible way to run a business.. accidents happen but you're supposed to make it right this is the complete opposite of making it right!
