I love Dunkin and their food is normally very fresh except for the donuts at the end of the day. The staff is very pleasant and I will continue to go there almost every day.
Great staff

This place is a joke. Most of the people are rude or dismissive. The coffee is constantly burnt. The food is always cold or they will give u 3 hash browns like seriously. They need to just close this store.

To start, the food was raw. The croissant was undercooked and chewy with cold and soggy sausage. The way my croissant was cut for my sandwhich, left only a 1/4 inch semi circle of coverage on top leaving an uncovered cold soggy sausage.
My girlfriend’s wrap was wrong and had egg on it, the sausage was cold and had gross tendons going through it.
Overall, food was cold, soggy, raw and inedible. For the price, the only thing I would ever go back here for would be hashbrowns or drinks. That’s if they don’t forget to put the hash browns in the bag. If i could rate this restaurant 0 stars, I would.

Donut selection is very limited, consistent at getting my order wrong weither I order online, in store or drive thru. Mostly rude, bland and seem annoyed that I want to order or ask to get my order done right.

I come to this location very frequently and my order is constantly messed up or wrong. Today I was given the wrong coffee as well as 2 bacon avocado toast with no bacon
On the most part, good especially in my hometown.

Hello Dunkin. My wife and I want to thank your team and express our appreciation to the staff at this location. Thanks to Scott Dickson, Shyanne, and Makayla at 101 Mariner Blvd., Spring Hill, FL, for finding and securing my Ray-Ban sunglasses. It is great to see that honesty and consideration are still meaningful today.
You guys are fantastic, and we appreciate your service and sincerity. By the way, the basket of 50 munchkins was also a hit with the Sturgill staff—all the best, and thanks again. Dunkin' Donuts, forever.
Best always,
Rafael and Lucy

I'm honestly pretty surprised this store is STILL this low rated the near 4 years they've been opened.
I went to this store for the 1st time about 3 weeks ago& been back twice since(as a walk in). Service was pretty much I order, blink& my drink was already done. While most of the peoples attitudes were a bit standoffish the fast service neutralizes it out.

It's no Boston Dunkins, but it will do in a pinch lol. The people were fine and the service was good. Definitely a nice place to stop for a quick coffee.
