This DD's has gone down hill. Ordered 2 toasted bagels, 1 with CC, 1 butter. The bagels were soft, chewy with a gummi-like texture, un-edible. Both x-lg coffees, 2nd time they forgot the sweetener. Will not be back here although they are in walking distance to our home. Will go to County Line Rd DD. They never screw up an order.

This is a good Dunkin’ Donuts with excellent customer service. The drive-through has a long line, but it always moves quickly. And the workers are very friendly. They gave you in and out very quickly.

Update, new people spirits are high and everyone is happy. Coffee tastes so much better.Worst customer service ever, order my food at 11 through the drive thru they asked me to wait at the white line 30 minutes later I'm still waiting. Had to go through drive thru a 2nd time to ask for my food. Your people need proper training.

Not sure I'm spelling names correctly, but Ki & Ti on the evening shift at this location ARE ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE EMPLOYEES!!! I hope thier management knows they are Outstanding Employees!!! Speaking from someone who has worked in fast food management ❤️ you all really got it going on over here, with these two on the clock! Just WOW! Thank You! ?

Ordered a "large cold brew" was asked if I "Wanted it black" , I answered "yes" then was told to "pull around". After paying I was given a drink through the window. It had cold foam on it which I had not asked for nor was asked if I wanted cold foam. I said I ordered it black, to which the reply was "that is black" I told them "I didn't order foam". The response I got was "that's what was on the ticket". No solution offered, just an it is what it is type response. I would expect if an order was wrong, it could be made correct. Foam was mixed in with by time I got home and just ended up throwing it out. $5 dollar drink, my gas, and more importantly my time wasted.

Usually good food and service so 4 or 5 star. Food could use minor improvements and it'd actually be better then McDonald's but so far it's kinda tied but I do prefer McDonald's food versus preferring Dunkins coffee anyday over McDonald's. So take your pick between the two they about the same and why I switch it up between the 2 of them.

Very unprofessional from management down to staff. If you don't like people you should not be working in customer service positions. There was a girl and a guy there a few months back, Usually worked the night shift. Both were very pleasant. Friendly to the customers, always smiling and did whatever they could to make your experience the best it could be. They always made drinks PERFECT!!! Food was always good (hot if that was the case). Now you just have rude staff. They always look miserable and act like you are bothering them. And the drinks suck. Fired!!!!The inside always looks dirty. It only takes a minute to clean off tables and sweep a floor. The bathroom....I'm surprised the board of health hasn't been called. Find better workers and management because the current staff is horrible. And with all the policies they uphold, shouldn't one pertain to management!! Apparently the rules only apply to certain people.
