10 minutes in one customer in the drive thru is incompetence at his best. Employees says they are short staffed. A suggestion for management you should have a PRN employee if you don’t know what PRN means is as needed or better yet get your happy ass in there and help out expedite the orders so people are not waiting 10 minutes at a window for an order and she do not respect Your employees efforts or your customers time and money. This is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the area, I should’ve known better to even attempt to order anything from the store.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is so slow. They take so long to give you your food/coffee. I’ve had frozen uncooked hashbrowns and iced coffee that looks like sweet tea. Horrible service and food
