used to love this dunkin, but over the past few months i've been getting jipped on my drinks. almost every matcha or chai i've gotten over the past couple months has been practically straight milk. the last time i came there was a hair in one of my drinks. unfortunately didn't realize it until i got home. food is always fine though i'll give it that. dont think i'll be coming to this particular dunkin any time soon.

10 minutes in one customer in the drive thru is incompetence at his best. Employees says they are short staffed. A suggestion for management you should have a PRN employee if you donāt know what PRN means is as needed or better yet get your happy ass in there and help out expedite the orders so people are not waiting 10 minutes at a window for an order and she do not respect Your employees efforts or your customers time and money. This is one of the worst Dunkinā Donuts in the area, I shouldāve known better to even attempt to order anything from the store.

This Dunkinā Donuts is so slow. They take so long to give you your food/coffee. Iāve had frozen uncooked hashbrowns and iced coffee that looks like sweet tea. Horrible service and food
They do pretty good on their drink orders but the food orders never get anything right this is my toasted everything bagel toasted well done with extra cream cheese I got extra cream cheese on the side
