Just placed an online order for emily, it was just hasbrowns. ive worked at dunkin before for over a year, and all i can say is those were the best dang hasbrowns ive ever had. i give props to who ever was their on april 13th at 3pm

Came through the drive thru , the lady was talking but sounded like she just left her mic on because we couldn't hear or understand a word. we said our order 3 times and she then speaks up and says "we aren't doing food right now... only donuts" WHAT ??

Dirty; slow service; stale donuts; expensive. What happened to Dunkin' Donuts???? They used to be the crème of the crop, now they are the worst donuts out there. The staff on duty has no idea of what customer service is all about.
