The employees at this location don't pay attention to customers inside the building, waited half an hour at the counter for them to take my order and decided to leave and go through the drive through, where they proceeded to not listen to my entire order and got it wrong, then ignored me at the window when I tried to have it fixed. Went there to get some donuts and an unsweet tea with no ice cause my neighbor doesn’t do the ice and they told me they can’t do that. I said well she can’t take the cold unsweet. So they proceeded to give it to me with ice and I told her I can’t do the ice. Can I have one without ice please and I watched the lady spoon out the ice and hand it to me I asked for the owner his phone number and name and they said they’re not allowed to give that out either, horrible, horrible horrible way to run a business went down the street ask them they said they can give it to you. Get out ice checked with the Duncan on Spring Hill Drive same thing and the one on mariner. I will never again go to the Dunkin’ Donuts. I suggest nobody else does either.

I hate to have to do this, but I am really over the service at this specific Dunkin. I honestly wouldn’t even know who the manager is to complain to because I don’t think I have ever seen them work. I go, for the most part, every Sunday for the last two months or so. And every single time there is this one specific worker whose attitude is the absolute worst. My first experience seeing her she was arguing with a customer, and telling the customer to calm down, to which the customer dropped her tone, and replied, “Oh, I am calm.” I was shocked at how this girl was coming at the customer. I don’t know why this young lady even decides to come to work if she is always going to have the nastiest and ugliest attitude I have seen on a young girl. I usually ignore her, and go about my business, but today she really irked me so bad I refused service from her. For starters she called me, Hun, which mind you, I am literally about to be in my thirties. Hearing it from her in the condescending voice she had agitated me. I immediately told her not to call me, hun, and she precedes to do it again. At this point I’m beyond agitated because she has this face of irritation as if I inconvenienced her by coming in to buy coffee. I ignored her allowed my niece to order her drink, to which I informed this young lady that the drink needed to be decaf. She rang me up another of the same drink, and made that one decaf. Then I went to order one of their holiday drinks, and she informs me it had been discontinued. I ask for another drink, and made the mistake of stating the same drink to which she felt the need to slow down her speech and reiterate what she said before. At this point I am trying everything in my power to control my temper because I was literally shaking. She was evoking the worse version of me, so as she felt the need to speak out again I told her to please give me a second I was trying to think. It took me all but a sec to gather my thoughts, and when I said my order she thought it was a good idea to turn her face and ignore me. I mean the ignorance and childish behavior coming from this young lady was literally appalling. At this point I knew that this young lady just didn’t understand that no one has to put up with her ignorant attitude, and I immediately requested that I be attended by someone else because I wasn’t going to hand her a penny with her nasty attitude. I mean everything about her screamed unprofessional: her hair was all over the place, her clothes were dirty, and to top it her attitude was by far the worst part about her. It it literally stole any ounce of professionalism that could’ve been had. When I finally got attended by another worker I asked for her name to which the other worker tried to play dumb. I was over it at this point, and was like you aren’t going to stand there and tell me that you don’t know your own coworkers name. He finally blurted out, and I quote, “her name, her name is McKenzie”. Unfortunately, my experience with Ms. McKenzie didn’t end there she went on to gossip about me at the drive thru window, and peak back every once in a while to see if I was looking. I was, I admit, at that point I was giving her a dead stare. The more I stared the more I contemplated if I was going to write a review. Then I thought about all the other customers that I have seen that have also dealt with Ms. Mackenzie’s horrid attitude, and the last glance she gave me sealed the deal. She may show up every Sunday to work, but I am telling you guys now, she will be the reason why you will have the worse experience at this Dunkin. I would really like to know who to report this girl to because I can literally see her being the next tik tok famous worker crash out.

The workers make me wonder why they even applied. Especially Maryann and the short brunette with glasses, they’re both unbelievably rude. My coffee is never made right, whether it’s ordered online and at the speaker, it’s always wrong. Which is mind blowing because it’s literally 3 ingredients. I’ll ask for espresso but get regular coffee. I’ll ask for oat milk and get a different kind of milk. Please retrain your employees. It’s exhausting and irritating to constantly have to tell the staff to remake my drink. Oh and the drive through being backed up by 10+ minutes is really bad. I will say this Dunkin is the worst in Hernando county.

I asked for two donuts no sprinkles and they had sprinkles however I also asked for a cup of water no ice and was informed they only do ice water with ice. You can’t just poor some water in a cup ? I just wanna add to my review. I just wanna say that I guess just Dunkin’ Donuts or the managers do not care about the customers. They don’t have any pride and customer service is terrible. You have to repeat yourself four times because they keep on making the wrong stuff and it’s like you tell them something 10 seconds later they forget what you said it’s crazy and then I go to the restroom. It stinks. It’s really dirty the toilet disgusting gotta pee all over the side of it And the floor looks like it never been mopped or swept it’s totally disgusting and then one day I went now to use the bathroom. They had no toilet paper I was like are you freaking kidding? Me and all of the tables are dirty they have all of these employees but the windows are nasty. The door when you walk into the place is filthy disgusting Ashtray, and garbage outside is gross. When you’re sitting at the table outside that’s all you could smell Is cigarette butts, the ground is really gross. It needs to be pressure washed and one more thing when you sit down eating your bagel. The last thing you want to see is a roach running across your seat so I really appreciate somebody to get back to me so just can get rectified because it’s definitely a health concern because if the front lobby looks like this, I could just imagine what the back looks like. I mean, I could see what the back looks like just by looking when you walk in at 4 o’clock there’s nobody at the counter everybody’s in there’s only like two people in there in back playing aroundMeanwhile, the trash is overflowing. It stinks like garbage in that Dunkin’ Donuts. It doesn’t even smell nice it look nice but unfortunately that’s the only Dunkin’ Donuts close to me so I really appreciate it if you guys had some pride When you’re making people’s food and listen to what people are asking you for instead of giving me cold bagels and cold bagel bites here when I say I want coffee and I’ll give you a specific flavor and you give it to me with just cream. it’s like you weren’t listening to the instructions. This goes for all dunkin donuts when i say the donuts prettymuch suck... one location a female made the donuts everymorning and they all were edible at little rd and us hwy 19. The female moved last year and now the fonuts have gone to shit. French crullers are absolutely terrible. Its a shame that either noone can follow the protcols or can make donuts like this one particular female . Dunkin donuts lost the best donit maker and its a shame that she has moved. Her donuts were light and fuffy. The donuts had the right amount of frosting and they were mouth watering gotta have everyday donuts. Ive came to realize that im safe with boston creme donuts. I always get great 5 star service when im at dunkin donuts. Its always clean and thdy are fast at taking care of drive thru lines or inside store waiting lines. I love my frozen coffees. But i would love to taste that french cruller again. The one that is advertise on tv or when a person is introduce to the donuts for the first time. I usually visit the hudson store or springhill store near burger king on 19 both locations are awesome on ţhe service and speed. Wish they would have the same love for the donuts like the one female did and they would defiently be 10 star store. For now i will stick with boston creme and frozen coffee and will just deal with my two choice and be content.
