Refills are typically $1 to $1.80 at every Dunkin in America. This place charges $3.20 for a refill. Asked if this was a mistake, Even looked it up and showed them. They assured me that it's $3.20 for a refill. That's slimy.

Attendee seemed preoccupied. Seems she was attempting to multitask prior to my arrival. She failed horribly, asked for a coffee with cream and sugar and a bagel with the cream cheese spread. Separated or spread on the bagel by them. I received my coffee and bagel with no creamer and sugar was in a kiosk above the trash receptacle. At that location. They the attendant never asked me if I wanted the bagel in a package container or on the bagel. This purchase was for an guest who I had a appointment with.

Not sure what happened here over the last month. i have been coming to this location every morning and sometimes again in the afternoon for a little over a year now. as a former dunkin shift lead, this location had amazing customer service and everything always came out correctly. Over the last month, myself and a few others have noticed that the entire staff has changed, and definitely not for the better. now almost every time i come, no matter what time of day, the wait is almost comically long. the staff just seem as if they don’t want to be there and the customer service left with the old crew. i asked for coffee and was given double the amounts of syrup and when asked if it could be remade was met with a rude tone. On another occasion a friend and I ordered two cold brews, and were given two with cold foam. when i told the girl at the window, instead of offering to remake them since it wasn’t what we ordered, she just stared at us and said “uh well they made them that way.” when i asked if they could be remade she rolled her eyes so i just took them anyway. this morning, the cashier took my bills, and then instead of giving me my change back which i would normally say to keep as a tip, she asked if i even wanted my change. As a current manager and former Dunkin lead, this store is in huge need of assistance before all of your regulars stop elsewhere. This dunkin used to be one that I and many people i know would come to over others just because of the quality of service.

Was the only person in drive through. They missed a drink, gave cold wake up wraps, filled the specialty coffee half way. Ultimately wanted a refund due to bad customer service and products. The order wasn’t hard at all, don’t understand the delay or need for two separate transactions when YOU miss the FIRST thing we ordered after confirming it with questions about the whip cream on top. Then when asked for refund, there was no refund issued she double charged me, causing me to turn around having to go back inside for the $22 I was charged. Terrible experience.

They changed our egg and cheese wraps. They no longer do yellow American cheese for their sandwiches and wraps. The white doesn't taste right, and they at times place aby type of cheese.
Drinks are good, and donuts are always good. Love the new look.

I inquired as to whether the cookie butter seasonal items contained any cinnamon, as I am allergic. I was advised that they do not, so I ordered a cookie butter latte and donut. Shortly after consuming my coffee, I began to have an allergic reaction that required me to seek medical attention and debilitated me for the rest of the day. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I want to highlight how dangerous allergies can be, and urge Dunkin to clearly and visibly mark on its packaging and signs to warn customers of potential allergens. This would avoid this kind of issue in the future and would have spared me the pain of an allergic reaction.

9 x out of 10 we get what we order correctly and the staff is friendly. there's no nuts in their caramel cappuccino blast which is a good thing.

Ordered 2 items & the cash register charged a lot more then the advertised price... 13-16% higher!
While manager corrected the overcharge, she said she had no control over the advertised prices vs the cash register price.

Inconsistent Service. The drive through operator was nice, but I was given a hot coffee instead of a cappuccino. Terrible way to start a commute.
