I do not understand how this place made franchise status with stale donuts that are honestly on par with the worst donuts I have ever eaten. The coffee has to be the ticket because the donuts are not worth the price; and maybe not even worth free. They are really terrible donuts!! I also just noticed; it has been 6 years since this location got a good rating. Obviously this place went down hill and loves it at the bottom. The servers hands were really dirty. I am so sorry I visited this place.

I usually love Dunkin but the service has gotten so bad. I ordered this morning a drive thru order before I left the house but I had an emergency and couldnt get it right away. I figured I’d just call them and ask if I could come and pick it up maybe an hour later. I call and I was super polite just explaining something came up but the older woman who answered cut me off before finishing my sentence - I’m assuming maybe it was busy - and honestly rudely said “Hold on! hold on! hold on! hold on” and then hung up the phone. I tried calling back and no answer. She didn’t say just give me one moment or anything like that. I’m a manager at my job and I felt this was super rude and undeserved. I’d understand if maybe I was a rude customer but I was super nice to her. It seems like the teenage workers are always nice but the older ones are kind of rude. That’s never a way to handle a call if you’re busy. My question was just a yes or no. There was no reason to be disrespectful, especially with being older you should know customer service by now.

i got a interview, but the manager (josh) said he sat down for lunch ( outside bc it’s in construction) and i just said okay and waited in my car. mind you, we had an appointment. anyways , 20 mins go by and he still hasn’t said anything to me, but he is going to different tables and talking, then he went to a table, sat down and went on his phone and i thought oh finally , but no. he is on his phone 5 mins then gets off and goes to a tables full of old people and just talks . did not even acknowledge me having a interview that was scheduled.

I have been here a few times and it always an issue ask for no ice get extra ice it’s never consistently made food is ALWAYS BURNT but it’s close by and on my way but today took the cake I’ll never be back Ordered in the app to save time go through the drive-through instead of holding up the drive-through. I pull up and taste my coffee it taste burnt, so I park I go back in. I am harassed and belittled by the employee after being ignored by multiple employees telling me coffee can’t taste burnt it’s not put in an oven. I tried to walk away from the employee he follows me to the other end of the counter to continue to trash talk me and tell me I should tasted it before I leave so I should’ve held up the drive thru line because this is what I wanna do is come in the store after waiting in the long drive thru line and deal with irate disrespectful employees who also refused to give me his name said call corporate I only here for check the other employee refused to give me his name which he heard me ask someone else for his name came running back over stating his name is ballerina here is “ballerina” Drive the extra mile and a half down mariner to get better service because this place not only does not know how to make a decent cup of coffee or not burn the food but the employees are rude

Dunkin has good food and coffee This location has horrendous service with lazy kids working! When the owner is not present the children they hire are slow, and on their phones and drinking fraps and not serving the customers! I have come to this location several times and only once were they on task. Yes , the owner or manager was on duty! As far as ambiance, it's a Duncan and is what's expected!
