E Sushi Japanese Restaurant

I got food poisoning from my order on June 3. Be aware.

So good and so fresh! I just ate here for the first time last week and have been back already two times. Hibachi, sushi & Kani salad is absolutely delicious.

Food was great, our waitress was so lovely and even gave my son some stickers, and place was very clean. Definitely a place I’d recommend that’s in the area.

Love to eat there.

Ordered teriyaki chicken got hibachi chicken. The presentation was in a reusable bag which is a nice to have but like, my food was drowning in hibachi-type-sauce as were the vegetables - I request steamed white rice and got fried. Not for me. It looks lovely - check out the pics :-) hopefully people read the review. Looks can be deceiving. Maybe they had an off night 🤷🏼‍♀️

They make sure sushi is soaked in sauce to hide quality of it. Food poisoning is what we received from this place.

Manager is highly unprofessional

I would HIGHLY recommend skipping out. I ordered a roll, which had hair in it. Then I took a recommendation roll from SAVANNAH (the manager) which tasted like straight garbage. I told her I did not like it and she took it back. Normally, when that happens the roll gets taken off of the bill. Which was not the case. Savannah said “we can’t accommodate based off of personal opinion” and charged my card. When i asked to speak to a manager, she said “i’m a manager”. I tried explaining to her that, that is not guest etiquette and she should’ve been more thorough, instead of knowing it would’ve been an issue and had another worker drop the check off then ignore me for FIFTEEN MINUTES, which is what made the whole situation worse. She charged my card anyway when I thought she knew I didn't want it charged. I then asked for a contact of someone above her and with her entitled attitude, she said “no one is my boss” so i asked for the owners contact and she said he’s not affiliated with the restaurant, but he owns it???? how much stupidity does that sound like, when I know he’s been in multiple times. She constantly stated she runs the place, and she’s final say but acted stupid when I asked who hired her and who she reports to. Again, I would highly recommend skipping out on this restaurant. Instead of telling me I would get charged anyway and should pick someone else (which i would have knowing i was going to get charged) she said okay and didn’t explain, LIKE A MANAGER SHOULD. Then, after I asked for an accommodation for the money i paid that i did not eat with. AND SHE SAID NO while refusing to get me her boss’s information because he “isn’t affiliated” with the restaurant and she “runs it” and he doesn’t have a business email or phone number. I honestly hope he sees this review so he can see the amount of unprofessionalism that occurred today. & I hope anyone who reads this decides on a different sushi restaurant because clearly a “manager” is abusing her power. Very unprofessional and should probably think about going back to school and getting educated more.

If you see EMMA L’S REVIEW I WAS IN THE RESTAURANT AS THIS HAPPENED SHE IS A LIAR!

First and foremost our service and food was excellent SAVANNAH recommended the Mexican Roll and it was amazing. The Steak dinner was also great.

Secondly, SAVANNAH operated this altercation with the utmost professionalism and courtesy and that’s why we will be coming back here! Even with a psychotic 18 year old child screaming in her face, she kept trying rectifying this incident. Mind you we were RIGHT NEXT to this table. These two women were psychotic all night, dishing me and my wife nasty looks and laughing in our direction.

With crazies all over the world I can rest assured I felt safe in E-Sushi. This establishment is ran with the class and professionalism in the Brooksville area. Me and my wife will definitely be coming back here for dinner soon.
