We ordered our food there was one person in front of us 20 plus minutes later we still haven't received our food after watching 6. Yes other people walk out with their food . All had ordered after us . I went up amd questioned them on whats going on they told me our sandwiches take longer
I said 20 mins longer. And 6 people orders longer.
They all just stared at each other amd didn't say anything funny right at this point a lady came back in and returned our order that they gave her 🙄 and she left the building and drove away with. Then brought it back . The manager hands it to.me.and says she didn't start eating anything so this is for the manager I have this on video amd will.post it to the internet. Amd se.d a couple to the health dept. Amd hope you are fired. Hands down the worst customer service and complete lack of care for their customers. STAY COMPLETELY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE FIREHOUSE

So went to firehouse today after a long time and what happen to the subs. So small for a regular sub and still 13 bucks. but was Clean. Easy in easy out. Posted n pictures
