I have ordered the hook and ladder salad from here two different times got home and the salad had no meat on it. First time they put me in the book for a free one second time they stated they were gonna put me in the book for a free salad. The next time I get there I’m not in the book and they have to call whoever worked last to make sure I’m not lying. I even went as far as to show my bank statement which I shouldn’t have had to do. I’m not one to leave a review but do better! Not recommend to eat here as it’s run by a bunch of kids.

I always enjoy Firehouse, the cashier was a little snarky when three of us walked up together, I ordered, she asked if there's anything else and I said no and stepped back so my co-workers could order and she gave me my total. I told her they were ordering too and she said "that's what meant when I asked if there was anything else."

People dealing with the public really need to learn to address customers appropriately. That was a very inappropriate thing to say.

I will still continue buying from Firehouse, but y'all need to get into these stores and get them trained properly.

I ordered a "Thanksgiving sub". I added banana peppers, honey mustard, hot sauce, lettuce. The sub was unusually DRY. There was no trace of cranberry sauce( a huge disappointment) bread was clearly old and chewy.
I have been let down a few times after ordering at Firehouse, but after their Thanksgiving advertisement.I thought I would try again.But this will be the last time I order from this establishment.A
lot of false advertisement with lack cluster flavor I'd much rather buy a sub from Donnelly's or Jimmy John's.. even Publix or Subway. Too bad Firehouse Subs is more worried about their commercials than the quality of their food.

This was my 3rd and last time eating at this chain. 3 orders over 3 years. All 3 wrong. Totally wrong. I ordered tuna and light lettuce. It came out with everything on it. I find that nasty. So I had to pick all the crap off to eat it. The onions were so nasty my hand stunk all day. It's clear little care is is given by management on down. Ya the place was clean but it stopped there. As for tue food quality. The bread is fair but low on flavor. The tuna was like mush with little flavor. The cheese onion tomato and extra lettuce all thrown off. The wife didn't much care for her food either. Honestly Subway makes a vastly better sub. And you get what you want. Not what some kid decides to throw on. 3 orders over 3 years. Not one correct.

Tried to place a delivery, no option to take some of the stuff off. So called the order in and did pick up, receipt on back says take a survey, no way to do survey they ask for codes that were not on receipt????? So no free medium drink for survey or chance to win $500, I really love the food but pain in the butt to try and get delivery or do a survey

Food was fantastic as always. Their app needs improvement when placing my order only half my order was transferred but charged the full amount I was refunded but not before a bunch of hoops I had to jump through
