We've been to this location twice and they are always quick and nice! Clean environment, beautiful city mural, only problem is it was kinda smokey inside this time. Didn't bother me too much, but def something to consider if you have breathing issues

I placed an order for two sandwiches for pick up. Both of my sandwiches has the toppings incorrect, as if they swapped the toppings. I called for a refund and they said they couldn’t refund me. I asked for a replacement order to be delivered, since they offer delivery and they said no. Lucy was very unhelpful and unprofessional. She claimed to be a manager but didn’t act like one at all. Here I am with no dinner and no refund. Sad customer service.

Ordered last night. Got the food went home and all the subs were already soggy and on my sub the bread was melted into the paper. Was peeling off the paper off the bottom of my veggie sub. Ended up throwing some of it away as I couldn’t get the paper off the bottom and it was a sloppy mess. Never had this issue before. We decided to order again tonight. Figured it was a one time bad situation since normally the food is great. Here it is 45 minutes past pick up time and order is still not ready. Two back to back situations are a bit disappointing. Wont be rushing back for awhile.

We came on 3/6/24 12 minutes before closing time. We ordered or food and sat to eat knowing we could finish before closing time. However my husband's sandwhich was made wrong and we had to wait longer for his food. Halfway through eating a female employee approached us saying they are now closed and for us to go outside. In the middle of eating! We ended up tossing what was left and headed out the doors. As we were pulling out we watched her take a seat at a table and begin to use her phone. I have never been to a place that would send paying customers out the door before they finished eating. I love firehouse subs but the staff needs to learn how to treat customers.

Love the Subs here. The staff was very friendly and on top of their game. The option of having a salad is great, but if they added wraps, it would be awesome. The value and taste beats out any other chain sub shops and come close to a real deli sandwich. ?

I have ate here many times but this time was disappointing. I asked for pickle on the side for both sandwiches I ordered and got no pickle. Sandwiches were cold. My daughters sandwich I asked for light lettuce and light onion if they could chop the onion up a little. However they missed that memo also. My sandwich was suppose to be no veggies and there was pieces on lettuce and a piece of onion in my sandwich which I hate onions. For the price I paid for two large sandwiches it was very disappointing as I love firehouse.Service was so so not terrible but not great either. Employees need to pay a little better attention to customers. Atmosphere was nice clean and inviting.
