Flava Shack Italian Ice

This place is incredible! Every flavor we've had is better than the next. The lemon, green apple, mango, pink lemonade, Arnold Palmer, cry baby...if you haven't tried them, you're truly missing out! The texture n consistency of the icee is soft n heavenly like cotton candy but refreshing and exploding with flavor 😋

Super clean store, very friendly. I tried the mango, full flavor not watery very refreshing . Looking forward to trying the many other flavor offerings

Flava Shack has become a weekly stop for us — we’re totally hooked! There are so many delicious Italian ice flavors to choose from (they even have sangria! 😄), and every one we’ve tried has been amazing. The place is spotless, the quality is top-tier, and it’s clear they put a lot of love into what they do.

On top of that, the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We ended up chatting and he even gave us a great recommendation for authentic NY-style pizza — which turned out to be spot on!

If you haven’t been to Flava Shack yet, do yourself a favor and go. You’ll definitely find a new favorite flavor — or five!

Great flavors.

We live close and have stopped in a few times. Stopped in again yesterday before Target, and once again, like always, the service is just subpar and rude. The staff is always hiding in the back, and you have to wait for them to come up front. Once they get there, they act like you're bothering them, a sour look on their faces, no welcome or greeting. Regardless of how many people are in your party, they say "and that's all?" after each order. When you walk in with 3 adults and 3 kids in tow, common sense dictates you're going to have more than one small ice. Maybe it's the new generation who don't feel the need for nicities while in a customer service roll, but we won't be back. I'm not spending time or money supporting a business that treats customers like they're an inconvenience.

I was visiting family and I stumbled upon this and we all had to come try it out! Hands down the best ice cream (cookie butter!!!) I have had and my other members LOVED the Kool Aid Water Ice. This is going to turn into a “must have” on visits from now on!!!

This is some of the best Ice I have had! Between the customer service and the flavor I can say I was extremely impressed. The employees were extremely nice and patient when I was indecisive! I dont typically write reviews but I was extremely impressed! I will definitely be back!

My husband and I and our Shorkie Lola love this place and the people who own it are wonderful, they serve a GREAT PRODUCT and have a CLEAN atmosphere, don’t be worried about one negative Nancy because my hubby and I have Crohn’s disease and we MUST insure things are clean as a dirty store can get me very sick and we’ve never had a problem because the store is extremely clean and tidy and is decorated so cute too!!! We love this place and we’re sure you will too.Jaycee and Lynn and Lola the Shorkie ?
