Very good ice cream place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, I ordered the cookie butter Italian ice and cannoli flavor.It tastes amazing. I would have loved whipped cream with cookie butter topping also but that’s ok.I’ll be back, definitely worth a visit. And their prices are very fair!

I really like their italian ice and so does my family, but as I’m standing in line waiting to place my order the young man was complaining to a customer about how much they’re open and said “I don’t know, Im starting to think my dad might be Jewish or something.” I know it was meant as a joke between them, I contemplated staying but I’m Jewish and I found it really offensive.With all the antisemitism going on right now, it was in more than poor taste.

Being a New Yorker you do miss certain things . Good Italian ices are one of them. Flava Shack has the most amazing ices I have ever had. 7 layer rainbow ? cookie is one of my favorites. I highly recommend them. The staff are so friendly, I always feel like part of the family there.
Absolutely adore this place. Family-owned, small, but truly a hidden gem. Incredible service (very polite and friendly!), and incredible Italian ice. They also have the option of icecream, which I usually go for. The pink lemonade and koolaid are definitely favorites here. Don't miss out on Flava Shack!

Great staff. Excellent Italian ice. Very authentic probably the best I’ve had in Florida. Can’t go wrong with any flavor. Kindest workers and such a nice family environment. I had the rainbow and pineapple ice and it was to die for. Got in a great conversation with the owners son. Italian ran and owned. Very authentic only one thing to say- Bellissimo
