My mom and I decided on sushi for lunch last week. Our normal place was closed on Tuesday, so we stumbled upon this place. We walked in to order takeout for lunch. We chose the two sushi roll lunch deal for $9.25, and we got a spicy tuna roll and shrimp tempura roll. We ordered two special rolls, the Rock N Roll and the Out of Control Roll. Plus an order of Crab Rangoon and the Honey Moon.

Overall, it was great! The basic sushi rolls that you get for their lunch deal are exactly that, basic, and the price is cheap. The Rock N Roll is huge. You will need to unhinge your jaw if you want to eat it in one bite, but yummy! Out of control roll is also tasty.

The Crab Rangoon doesn't have much crab flavor. I could see it in the cheese filling but not as much as you would expect or hope when ordering Crab Rangoons, so that was disappointing. The Honey Moon was my favorite. The jalapeño was spicy, and the texture was nice with creamy and crunchy.

This is my second time trying this place and the food is OKAY. First time I tried the salmon hibachi and really wasn't happy with it at all, great portion size but taste was very underwhelming. This second time I got a sweet potato roll, fried gyoza and volcano roll and again... OKAY. Volcano roll was not what I expected. Safe to say this is the last time trying them out.
