Fuji Hibachi Express Spring Hill

Be wary ordering online from this place, as their descriptions do not match what you get. As stated on the menu, fried rice comes with “choice of protein” but no option to choose - so I put in the notes chicken for choice. The restaurant then adjusted the charge & charged me an additional $3 for chicken in the fried rice with NO option to cancel. Remove the CHOICE OF PROTEIN as what is included in the dish if you are going to adjust to charge more money AFTER the order has already been made. Scammy way of business.

Also editing to add a picture of the lunch special… extremely skimpy on the meat & this is supposed to be “medium rare” steak. not 1 bit of pink. this is a $15 meal. won’t be returning as a customer here.

We ordered delivery and we were given extremely raw steak in our steak hibachi dinners. It was visible that the steak was not cooked properly, the sear showed it was only placed on the stove for a short amount of time. it should never have been served or even allowed to leave the kitchen. Very disappointed that the cooks couldn't properly cook such small pieces of steak.

Food did have good taste however if you order the steak and chicken combination idk maybe order steak rare because I order medium and the chicken and steak are hard and well done

Gabby was an amazing hostess. So attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond. The food was delicious. The sushi was amazing and I’m so glad I found this place after moving from another County. Thank you to Fuji and Gabby. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Staff was very polite! Two stars are for the ridiculous price compared to the portion size! Expect to pay well over $25 a person and still leave hungry

I ordered the Hibachi combo, so I ordered double steak—well done! I have never had a steak that was as hard and burnt, as hard as the sole of my shoe, and the portion was for a little person. I ordered this before, but it never came out like that. Told the lady, and she didn't even apologize or offer to make another meal. The salad looks like it was from 2 days ago. The lettuce was a bit brown. I threw my food away. For $21+, this place is not good.

Update!!!
The owner made things right! I went back once before noticing their response to my review. After I saw it and gave them a call, they took care of everything right away. They even gave me a free sushi roll! The food quality was much better on my return visit. Don’t hesitate to give them a try!

I’d rather pay a little more for quality sushi than be disappointed by this tiny amount of salmon in the roll. Please consider adjusting the price if needed, but don’t skimp on the ingredients!
