The owner made things right! I went back once before noticing their response to my review. After I saw it and gave them a call, they took care of everything right away. They even gave me a free sushi roll! The food quality was much better on my return visit. Don’t hesitate to give them a try!
I’d rather pay a little more for quality sushi than be disappointed by this tiny amount of salmon in the roll. Please consider adjusting the price...

Top quality sushi/Japanese food from an unassuming and small Japanese restaurant. The sushi quality and the care they put into the food is better than the stuff you get from big expensive places like Kobe. All of our rolls were amazing. The way I judge a good Japanese restaurant is how they make their gyoza. I lived in Japan for 2 years, and the proper way is to pan sear the gyoza on one side, add some water, and cover so the the other side cooks with the steam/heat. None of this...
