The staff was amazing. Food was just as good. Adding the cheese on top of the garlic bread was so good, it was soft and not hard. The pizza was just as good, crust crunchy and the sausage had a good flavor.

Great pizza pub parlor in spring hill. There aren't a lot of options for Chicago style here and this satisfies the craving.

The best homade close to old school Italian wedding soup has chicken stock without the meatballs. Yummy!

We've been driving to Spring Hill for nearly 7 years from Citrus County to get pizza. We love the super thin crust.

I gave you good reviews on these however our friend who sat with us wanted to pay at cash register and the white spiky haired lady looked at him and said " not me" rudely and walked away instead of informing him that his server would take it up and went on about her business. Very very tacky to say the least to be treated by employee this way. She would not last if she was my employee. You need to teach her some manners my friend was upset as he is very polite person.

I was visiting the area and heard great things about this pizzeria, so I had to try it for myself... and it definitely did not disappoint! I ordered To-go and my pizza was perfectly cooked, hot and delicious! I was greeted by Michelle, who was very personable and extremely polite. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit here.

Recently visited Guido’s, as we have for over 20 years, felt compelled to review their current food and service quality. We are pleased with the continuing consistency in great food and pleasant server attention. My wife and I highly recommend Guido’s for their commitment
to preserving the Wells’ family traditions in receipts and friendly employee encounters.
Looking at a previous review we noted unpleasant remarks aimed at Michelle. We found this criticism way out of line and not at all accurate. We’ve had Michelle serve us many, many times and have never encountered an attitude other than
an outgoing humorous personality. Pats on back due to Michelle.

Love Guidos pizza! The weekend bartender Michelle is exceptional! Always try to get her as a server. Guido’s is very lucky to have a server with excellent customer service skills.

Been going to Guidos for 15 years or more and for the most part have been satisfied. Thursday night I was not. I called to order a pizza and immediately was asked to hold. While on hold I heard the person who answered taking care of people waiting to pay. This was ok with me. She came back on the phone and took my order. When I got there no one was there to take care of me. After waiting several minutes another employee helped me. She got my order but couldn’t take my payment and that Michelle would be right with me. Michelle finally came out of the kitchen and told me she’d be right with me. At that point the phone rang and Michelle answered it. This time she didn’t put the caller on hold like she did me. She took their order and when done turned to me. She has been an employee there for years, and frankly her customer skills are definitely lacking. On more than one occasion I’ve seen her being very “uncool” with me and others. I think the reason for this is the fact that she wears too many hats and can’t handle it. As for the pizza, it was very dry- not over baked, but didn’t have enough sauce. As a rule the pizza here is good but inconsistent.9/28/24 we tried pizza again. I must say it was absolutely horrible. It was so rubbery you literally couldn’t eat it. I’m not sure if it was the dough or it just wasn’t baked enough. In either case it was like cheese and sauce on top of rubber. We called back to inform them of this and were told all they could do was to remake the pie, that no credit could be given without the manager. It’s a 40 minute drive round trip and didn’t want to do that. They could have just given us a “rain check “ for another time. Once again it was Michelle who was quick to say she’s been there for 20 years, but still doesn’t know how to treat customers. Extra credit- when we called to tell them about the pizza Michelle put us on hold and never came back to the phone. We had to call again to get her back on the phone. We’re now done with Guidos. A once great place has really gone downhill.
