Aside from the fact that they didn't pack up the pancakes for the order of Mushu, they also didn't put my order of soup in the bag. When I called to ask for a refund, they initially didn't want to. Drive 20 minutes to us and then 20 minutes back was their answer. Under threat of a chargeback, they magically found a way to refund my soup price.
But maybe I should have just skipped the entire place. The food was awful. Nothing tasted right. Spare ribs tasted tough and nothing like Chinese spare ribs. More like bad bbq. The egg roll/shrimp rolls was bland and soggy. The one soup they did put in the bag (hot and sour) was neither hot nor sour. A complete waste of money.
Save your money and go someplace else.

The food here is absolutely amazing. The food tastes fresh, it is made with care, and the chicken wings are to die for. The hot and sour soup has to be my favorite dish alongside the happy family. Which consists of numerous veggies and meats such as roast pork, beef and chicken to create a very savory and tasty dish. I really recommend eating here!

First time here and was disappointed. Pu pu platter- shrimp toast- chicken stick and ribs were terrible. No flavor and over cooked. The other items had little flavor. We had a few items that were deep fried way too long. All deep fried items were over cooked and tasted like old oil in fryer. Worst spare rib ever. The only flavor was from the uncleaned grill, burnt char. I had house special lo mein. It was ok but hardly anything added. We had chicken with mixed vegetables and beef with mixed vegetables and both orders were in exactly the same brown sauce and was bland. I always give a restaurant a second chance so I will try this place again. Maybe they had a bad night.I’m use to eating in the New England area and the restaurants were much better quality of food. When we went out for this type of food it was extremely flavorful and multiple different types of sauces. I have tried almost all the Chinese food places in the area and unfortunately they are a let down. Zero consistency. One week ok the next terrible. To the restaurant owners, charge more money if you need to but make a great product. We don’t mind paying for great food and service. If I want average food I’ll stay home and cook my own food. Take more time and cook to order. less precooking. I would much rather wait for awesome food.

I ordered wonton soup which tasted like pure salt, disgusting. I also ordered a combo and asked for pork fried rice, no pork in my rice and the rice was raw and crunchy. Will NOT be returning. I gave one star because I had to.
Got the chicken with garlic sauce. It's quite delicious ? Will have to try the wonton soup next time. Oh and the eggroll is pipin' hot & delicious. I also like that I can customize the spicy level. Will be

Where do I start? This was a $52 meal for 3 people that I was cheated on. First steamed dumplings that tasted so foul I literally thought I ate my yellow dish sponge with the green scrubby side. Next was a soggy egg roll, once I choked that down I had chicken on a stick which was second best thing after the fried wonton for my soup. Now I mite be better if I could get beef on the stick that was on the menu but unavailable to order. I then was baffled how a Chinese restaurant couldn't cook rice it was under done and crunchy. So maybe they could cook noodles? No mushy with salad shrimps in it very poor quality. Last but surely least was egg drop soup that neither taste like chicken or egg it was as tastless as nursing home soup. I know not to want chinese on Monday as Kirin is closed. Unless your life insurance is current don't eat here.

i usually dont leave reviews, but this place isnt getting the credit it deserves. i work nearby and usually just go to publix, but ive seen this place a few times and wondered. i look at the reviews to see a lot of negative things being said about the food etc... almost didnt get it, but then decided to give it a try, why not. the seasame chicken lunch special i got was delicious, consistently cripsy all the way through on the crust, sauce was delicious, rice was way better than the reviews say. id say, give it a try yourself, dont trust the negative reviews. portion size was a bit smaller, but still filling. more of a medium sized lunch special.
