Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. A pepperoni and black olives with butter crust. What I got was a pepperoni with garlic. This was for a 6 yr old who loves olives and does not like garlic. I've called and was put on hold. I hung up after 10 minutes, the first call. On hold 16 minutes, 2nd call. Still no answer.

This is probably the fourth time I've ordered from this place and every single time they cannot get it correct. One time I had to wait there for them to make the pizza three times they need to get somebody who knows how to take orders.. I mean really who orders a Hawaiian pizza with no pineapple. Give me a break guys

Terrible customer service. They forgot to make part of my order. Then wings were wrong flavor and undercooked. Called for assistance and was redirected to another extension where no one ever answered after being on hold for 20 minutes. Hard no for this location.

We order from Hungry Howies about once a week or so and have only had a problem twice with the order and it was just the crust was not flavored as we ordered it. The staff inside are very attentive and friendly.

Placed an order around 10:30 and when i went to pick it up the place was completely close when it says everywhere that it’s open until midnight and i been trying to get a refund but they just keep putting me on hold and the app gives me no option to cancel my order👎🏼

Food is good when you get it. I ordered delivery for Halloween and they outsourced it to DoorDash without keeping track of who they outsourced the delivery to. I ended up getting my food 3.5 hours after I placed the order and every time I called they forwarded me to another person or their manager, who never answered. After the first hour past the original delivery time we requested a refund and they kept telling me to call DoorDash who was not able to cancel or refund for me. I am still waiting for Hungry Howies’ alleged call back 2 weeks later

They should change there hours online it said the were open until 12 so I made a online order last night at 11. Well I found out they where closed it was second time ordering I paid with card it took money. I have called 4 times only to be connected else where not main store for them to put me on hold to connect me to main store which I have been on hold 20 mins now and it says they open at 11. I just want my money I am starting to get upset. What if it was someone with kids to feed and that money all they had. It's bullshit. Places take money fast but damn sure slow when or if shit like this happens and we want our money back.

I have tried customer service for them to send me to the store location on the phone and the store not picking it up and it has been days now

Bought 2 salads, 2 sandwiches and 2 pizzas. How sad the quality of food has gone down so much. Lettuce was discolored and salads were so small for the money they are charging. Sandwiches were not really cooked enough and the sides for the sandwiches had discolored sides too. So sad how much the quality of food has gone down!

Called and ordered Hungry Howie Special. When the order arrived pizzas and Howie bread wasn't done. Wrong sauce for the bread was delivered. Flavored crust wasn't what I ordered on one pizza and the other pizza didn't have any flavor on crust. Called and was told they had to transfer me to the store on Mariner. I was on hold for 20 minutes. Called on another phone and told them I just called and was put on hold, and still holding. They said ok I will transfer you again. Now I'm on hold on two different phones for a hour!! Come on really!! I will never order again from here . They got all they are going to get from me. This is not a good place at all. I read reviews and all they say back is sorry and we are going to look into the matter. Well evidently they don't because it happens all the time by the reviews. Maybe the response they should have is...
Please come back in the store so we can make it right. But we all know they are not about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The pizza here is always amazing. They never miss! The staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Ordered pizza & salad online. Showed it went thru on my end. $35.00 shows pending on card. After hour & half, still no food. Tried calling 3 times, you can't speak to anyone. Waste of time, money, and energy.

I only had the pizza, which is only why the 4 stars. I did not go in the place, sorry. The sauce was flavorful, and the crust brushed with garlic and herbs. It's a great piece of pizza. I had 3 slices... that is a lot for me..so way good! Would recommend highly.

2 separate occasions. First time we ordered a cheese pizza and it was not cut, not really that big of a deal, and on the same order we also ordered a large deluxe sub which looked like they used a small dough to make. When we called to just ask if they changed anything with the size of the sub we sat on hold for 15 minutes with nobody coming to answer us. Just ordered a 3 cheese bread tonight and received what looks like a personal pizza with minimal cheese on it. I don’t know what’s going on with this place but they’ve gone downhill pretty bad. Not even worth calling to complain because I know nobody will answer. This will be the last time I will be ordering from them.

My daughter and son-in-law introduced me to Hungry Howie's. The pizza is always tasty, and their flavored crust adds even more flavor!
