Called and ordered Hungry Howie Special. When the order arrived pizzas and Howie bread wasn't done. Wrong sauce for the bread was delivered. Flavored crust wasn't what I ordered on one pizza and the other pizza didn't have any flavor on crust. Called and was told they had to transfer me to the store on Mariner. I was on hold for 20 minutes. Called on another phone and told them I just called and was put on hold, and still holding. They said ok I will transfer you again. Now I'm on hold on two different phones for a hour!! Come on really!! I will never order again from here . They got all they are going to get from me. This is not a good place at all. I read reviews and all they say back is sorry and we are going to look into the matter. Well evidently they don't because it happens all the time by the reviews. Maybe the response they should have is...
Please come back in the store so we can make it right. But we all know they are not about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
The pizza here is always amazing. They never miss! The staff is always friendly and accommodating.
Ordered pizza & salad online. Showed it went thru on my end. $35.00 shows pending on card. After hour & half, still no food. Tried calling 3 times, you can't speak to anyone. Waste of time, money, and energy.
I only had the pizza, which is only why the 4 stars. I did not go in the place, sorry. The sauce was flavorful, and the crust brushed with garlic and herbs. It's a great piece of pizza. I had 3 slices... that is a lot for me..so way good! Would recommend highly.
2 separate occasions. First time we ordered a cheese pizza and it was not cut, not really that big of a deal, and on the same order we also ordered a large deluxe sub which looked like they used a small dough to make. When we called to just ask if they changed anything with the size of the sub we sat on hold for 15 minutes with nobody coming to answer us. Just ordered a 3 cheese bread tonight and received what looks like a personal pizza with minimal cheese on it. I don’t know what’s going on with this place but they’ve gone downhill pretty bad. Not even worth calling to complain because I know nobody will answer. This will be the last time I will be ordering from them.
My daughter and son-in-law introduced me to Hungry Howie's. The pizza is always tasty, and their flavored crust adds even more flavor!
I ordered online at 8:00 at 9:30 I called the store but got a 1-800 not the direct store then was placed on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and ordered directly through the store waited until 10: 30 thing called back was on hold for 17 minutes nobody ever answered so for almost 3 hours I waited for pizza to feed my family and ended up making sloppy joes. I will never order from them again, this is not the first time this has happened if you want to make sure you get food to feed your family don't order from hungry Howie's.
Placed an order online through hungry howies website Waited 2 hours before being notified it’s NOT COMING! So never got my order. I’ve tried to call a million times. No way to talk to anyone. Tried to fill out surveys, no response back from management. Not sure why they closed for so long/got new owners idk not sure what happened but this place is still TRASH.
Sometimes hungry howies uses a 3rd party to deliver for them. And that’s how I was notified it wasn’t coming. Girl called from door dash and said she went to pick it up and whoever was working was rude and said they threw it away supposedly and they are closed now and slammed the door in the girls face!
Idc what happened but all I care about is, if you take orders online for delivery. You best figure out how to get it delivered instead of ripping ppl off! And making them wait 2 hours for food.
If hungry howies did throw it away due to THEIR third party not coming fast enough or for whatever reason..Why wouldn’t hungry howies contact THEIR customer and explain why.?
Like I said I’m not sure what the reason is because I haven’t been able to SPEAK WITH ANYONE. TRASHY, and poor management, bad business for them not to call a customer back and reimburse.
There was about 4 upset people waiting in the lobby when I arrived, and one poor soul in the back banging out orders. Although I had the confirmation that my order was ready, I waited in the lobby for just over 10 minutes before he was able to come up front and start sending out orders.
The lobby is dirty, bathroom is out of order, TVs off and falling off of the wall, ceiling tiles falling down.
The pizza was good, but wasn’t hot.
This location is tired. Lobby is super gross and cluttered. If the customer facing lobby is this gross, how’s the rest of the store? If this franchise was given the opportunity to shut down for a day and have maintenance come in for a small overhaul, it would make a world of a difference for this place.
I made an order and needed to change something and I’ve been waiting for your THIRD PARTY SERVICE to get to a live person for over 15 min so now it’s too late and I’m still on hold . Extremely poor service especially when they tell you to keep calling back and giving you different options for reaching the store. They clearly don’t know what they are doing

Ordered a pizza at 8:00pm to pick up at 8:45 went inside at 8:30 when app said it was done waited until 9 only to be told it wasn’t even in the oven yet, I had someplace to be so left without my food. I wish someone would have just told me it wasn’t going to be ready would have left and come back instead of wasting time wait for it.
Have to try the deluxe calzone it's awesome

Ordered delivery, no notification of delivery. Food left on the ground, no idea what time and food was cold & covered in Ants, and called in and they won't even answer on the phone, waited on hold for 30 minutes. I had my sister drive up there because the location is right around the corner from her house. She walked right in and staff was just standing around, not even going to waste my time requesting my money back for the pizza I had to throw away because the last time (1.5 years ago) it took over a week to get a my money back from the "owner" that refuses to take any calls as they would not put the money back on my card, they had to give me cash... I've had bad experiences from this location before, and literally drive to the location by Kass Circle and pick-up. Decided to give them a try tonight, and to no surprise. Another horrible experience. Def deserves a report to the BBB, something is not right, and this is screaming fraudulent to me reading the other reviews.
