Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs

I ordered online at 8:00 at 9:30 I called the store but got a 1-800 not the direct store then was placed on hold for 10 minutes so I hung up and ordered directly through the store waited until 10: 30 thing called back was on hold for 17 minutes nobody ever answered so for almost 3 hours I waited for pizza to feed my family and ended up making sloppy joes. I will never order from them again, this is not the first time this has happened if you want to make sure you get food to feed your family don't order from hungry Howie's.

Now under new management. For unresolved issues, contact the store and ask for Josh by phone or in person.

Ordered delivery, no notification of delivery. Food left on the ground, no idea what time and food was cold & covered in Ants, and called in and they won't even answer on the phone, waited on hold for 30 minutes. I had my sister drive up there because the location is right around the corner from her house. She walked right in and staff was just standing around, not even going to waste my time requesting my money back for the pizza I had to throw away because the last time (1.5 years ago) it took over a week to get a my money back from the "owner" that refuses to take any calls as they would not put the money back on my card, they had to give me cash... I've had bad experiences from this location before, and literally drive to the location by Kass Circle and pick-up. Decided to give them a try tonight, and to no surprise. Another horrible experience. Def deserves a report to the BBB, something is not right, and this is screaming fraudulent to me reading the other reviews.

This place is committing fraud against dashers..double placing orders especially the ones on cash collect! So they get paid from my paycheck and keep the money for themselves. I dashed on Oct 16 and they admitted the made a mistake and said they’ll fix it..so they gave me 1 order but yet looked like I got the same order for same customer when I picked it up he said it was a mistake and gave me only 1 order so I only
Got paid 38.82 the other 38.82 got taken out of my account also and now they can’t help me and won’t even contact the owner or give me his number!! Telling me the guy got fired 2 days ago even tho I’ve seen him here yesterday! Thief’s

On oct 11 th i ordered pizzas to be picked up. We just had a hurricane come through the area recently. So I was staying at a friends an hour north of my home. We ordered the food to be picked up. We paid over the phones. We show up to pick up the pizza and the store is closed. Google was showing open. I called back the number to find out it’s a call answering service taking the order. They can not refund the order but they can take your money. I have been calling every day to get ahold of the store to get a refund for this order. That I never received . I have been told by the answering service the store won’t pick up for them. I filed a dispute with my banking company and they ruled in favor of hungry howies. This experience and finding out that they don’t even have a direct contact at the store is terrible. I want my money back and I want a direct contact to the manager or a corporate number to complain about this terrible customer service and terrible idea of a call service that can take your money but not refund your money.
