Never answers when called. Was on hold for 20 minutes and 30 minutes the first time I called another day. And my order got cancelled and didn't have an answer as to why.

I find them way over price for the quality of the food they use to make meals and pizza with.. I now go to titos pizza which in my opinion has one of the best tasting food and sauce inside there

Ordered 1 large pizza last night, they said it would arrive in 45min. It arrived 1hr and 30 min later and the pizza was cold. Then my husband and I both woke up in the middle of the night with diarrhea and stomach turning that lasted the whole next day. Save yourself and order from somewhere else!

Gentlemen running the store was spot on with service and customer reading!.I approached the store and he had just done some store front cleaning and excused himself to wash his hands prior to getting my order.

Placed an order for 2 two topping pizzas with a side of garlic bread, online menu said it would take 35 minutes. Now over an hour later, on hold for 15 minutes waiting for the store to answer and halfway to the store to demand a refund. This location has no care for customer service.

Order placed on Saturday evening, waited 2 hours for delivery then decided to drive up to the store to be told that they are closed for oven replacement. No form of communication to let us know orders were wrongly being processed and didn’t reflect closure. Meanwhile, there has been no form of apology. Just, eh… payments have been reversed you’ll get it in a few business days.

This location deserves less than 1 star. I recommend spending the extra gas to go and pick up your pizza at a different howies location. I ordered online at 11 for 1 large pizza. They called and said they didn't have a driver until 12:30, in which I told them was fine. The driver didn't deliver my pizza until 1:30. It wasn't my pizza it was someone else's order. I attempted to call them and they now have their phones connected to an over seas company. So I sat on hold for over 45 minutes to explain what happened. I am extremely dissatisfied by this location and based on the previous reviews, multiple other people are dissatisfied as well. Take our advice and go somewhere else.
