It was so good, I went twice in the same day! First trip I got the acai bowl and my husband got the tripleta sandwich with fries. Oh, and chocoflan! Everything was made fresh and tasted amazing. Plenty of food for a great price! Went back just before they closed to try their Izo bowl and it was delicious! Again, so fresh and a great portion size! Izo’s Latin Cafe is a great new place in Spring Hill for Venezuelan inspired eats. The food is incredible, delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, prepared to order by a hardworking team. Menu highlights include arepas like the arepa pepiada and carne esmechada arepa, delicious empanadas made with fresh corn tortillas, tequeños, and the patacón. The grilled chicken sandwich is top notch with moist chicken, and the tostones are perfectly crispy. For dessert, the quesillo (flan) is mouthwatering and melts in the mouth. They also offer healthy bowls, Acai bowls, and amazing smoothies. Portions are big and prices are reasonable. While there can be a relatively long wait time and only bottled drinks, the wait is 100% worth it for this authentic, finger-licking delicious food.
