We picked up a couple subs over the weekend. Thought we would give them a shot, since we had never been. They were ok, just lacking in the meat and cheese categories. If they would have had the levels that our regular sub shop has, they would have received a higher rating.

I ordered 2 sandwiches payed $35 get home opened my food up and it looks like a 2 year old child made it . Not cut everything falling out asked for the mayo to be put on my meat nope now the bread is soaking wet and literally falling apart. If you want horrible food then go to this location. Very poor service really need new managers or stay im not sure but for that kind of money for a sandwiches you should be able to enjoy it.

I have went to this Jersey Mike’s couple times, but this last time I went today, the attitude from the two coworkers I got felt like I was annoying them and then on top of it, I payed about $50 on 3 subs but my sandwich and the other sandwich I got were so mushy. The lady put on so much vinegar it was spilling out from the bag. I don’t know if that’s the jersey Mike’s way, but who wants mushy bread It wasn’t even 12 minutes until they got soggy. It was disgusting.

I’ve been to this location three times in the past 10 months each time there is a shorter woman with a hat on that is always very condescending and rude and I don’t know if it’s because I’m coming in at 8:30 when they close at nine but I I am always very polite. I have a very simple order and without fail this woman is always rude. This time. It was witnessed by other customers that were leaving the store at the same time as me and they said oh my gosh, I can’t believe that lady.

Eric Delarosa provides an outstanding service! He remembers everyone's order before we walk through the door and makes sure they're made correctly. He's very knowledgeable with each menu item. I highly recommend this location because of him.

little white girl up front plopped my heavy food bag down from 10 inches off the counter like it was a joke & laughed in my face after i tipped, and said please and thank you after every single request. i’m not sure if it’s because i walked in 25 minutes before closing time or what ? someone better pull that kid aside and have a talk with her before i do

Updated: Amending to 3 stars as the GM called today after responding to my review and made it right. It was more work than it needed to be to get it corrected but the manager was very polite and apologized.

Absolutely terrible customer service and experience. I definitely would not recommend ordering from this location but especially from the app. I ordered a sandwich from the app and it was wrong when I got it home. I called very politely and was told there was nothing they could do because it must have been a glitch with the app. I offered to provide screenshots from the app showing the correct order how I had placed it but was still told that when the app messes up, they cannot do anything. I have worked in the restaurant industry for years and have never seen such insanity.

I went in to order take out. I was very impressed with the efficiency and politeness of the people working. They were doing a great job handling their delivery orders and the customers standing in line. My sandwich is excellent. Thank you!

Disappointing Experience at Jersey Mike's Springhill

I'm extremely disappointed with the service and cleanliness at this location. My son and I visited to order subs for my family, but the dirty restaurant and poor service drove us away.

The counter was littered with lettuce, and there was a knife covered in mayonnaise just sitting out. Despite two employees asking if I needed help multiple times, the mess and distractions made it difficult for me to even order.

Unfortunately, the state of the restaurant and the service were unacceptable. We left without placing an order and instead, I had to walk over to Publix to order eight subs for my family.

My message to Jersey Mike's: If you want to help me, start by cleaning up your restaurant! It was disgusting and dirty. I will never go back to Jersey Mike's again.

Hopefully, management will address these issues to provide a better experience for customers. And the time that I went, there was April 1 at around 7:00 PM and there was no customers in the store so there was no reason for the store to be that dirty instead the two employees were just walking around asking me if I need something multiple times as I’m trying to decide But instead, I left because I was aggravated with the dirtiness of the store

So the times I’ve ordered food have been fine but let’s talk about the doors to the establishment that have a KNOWN problem (pretty sure *today* we were told the OWNERS WIFE was hurt by said door) this is the 2nd time in about 3-5 weeks that someone in my family has been injured by EACH door going into the restaurant. Unfortunately today my 6yr old was the victim and was smacked in the head so hard he fell by said door. The first time the door slammed into my husband’s shoulder causing pain. The nice girl working the counter showed concerned and admitted management knows about the doors causing problems and needing to be fixed, yet the issue is still unresolved. So what exactly does it take to fix your doors so they don’t injury customers?

My online order was supposed to have been ready when I arrived. I waited 8 minutes before I just walked out. The workers said the online orders would be done after the in store orders were done. I don't think I've ever encountered a slower group of restaurant workers in my life. Yall are making sandwiches, not cooking anything. Absolutely ridiculous.

Delivery pickup service sucks at this location. They have no motivation to move orders for online delivery. Never would i come to this location again. I have to blame management for the lack of service.

Ordered ahead on the app. Pickup time was 15 minutes from ordering. Got there just as order should have been ready. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for our sandwiches. They didn’t even get our drinks and chips we ordered. We had to get our own. And of course, I forgot to grab 1 so that’s $2.99 I just gave back to them. Plus the tip I left. No way it should have taken that long. If I had just walked up it would have been faster. People walking in after me were getting their orders faster that way. Also, why do we include names on the order if they don’t add the names to the sandwich. This is our first time visiting this location. The other location we usually frequent is on Little Road. They include our names. Makes it easier when trying to determine who’s sandwich is who’s. Wish there was a way to take back my tip.
