I have called more than once to place an order and no one answers the phone. Also they have Chia pudding still listed on their menu but when I have gone in to ask it's never available, which is frustrating because it was really good. I want to add when I have been in to order, the person at the register and taking orders was friendly.

I have never had to leave a place a business because of an employee until this place. The boy working the counter was not professional. He was either talking to himself or on the phone with someone. He didn’t explain the menu at all, he more so argued it and was combative. He was extremely awkward and made us feel uncomfortable. Whatever he said under his breath he didn’t want to repeat when I asked. Will not know how it is because I didn’t trust the person working to make it.

Owners are super kind, the juice I ordered was excellent. Really healthy combinations, I’ll be back to try a smoothie next time. 5/5 would recommend if you’re looking for a tasty but healthy option in the area.

I would like to say my overall experience was pretty good, but the service was a little slow. I think that they need to work on being more quicker but overall the food was great and was fresh, but I would say the atmosphere needs a little revamp.☺️

The food is great. The juices are amazing. Only problem I have is this is the fourth time I went to their location and they’re out of ingredients. Everything needs a substitute which tells me whoever’s operating The business is not being efficient nor do they keep stock of inventory correctly. What’s the point of being open if your missing ingredients from every juice….. just stay closed so we don’t waste our time going and waiting to be disappointed.

Smoothies are great. Service is the worse I’ve seen in a long time. The woman in there spends more time doing circles then helping guest. I was there waiting for 38 minutes and didn’t even get to place an order. Woman back there made 2 smoothies and 1 rap in 38 minutes. I get there stuff takes a lot of ingredients but there’s no reason it should take that long. Not to mention I watched 2 people walk out even after paying because they were so furious of the substantial wait time. This Genuinely disappoints me because their recipes are absolutely Delicious. All they need is some more Efficient workers and this place would get a 5 star from me.

So I've been to this Juicys plenty of times. Everyone is always nice, the food is great. I walked in today, a guy approached me to take my order. I asked him if one of the new smoothies was any good. He looked at me with a blank expression and said, "Are you asking me? How the hell would I know? I just started working here." He didn't even say hi how are you doing when he approached me. Very rude, and unprofessional. The other kid that was there took over for him and was very nice. The food was as usual but they could really work on their customer service with new employees.
