Smash burger with Kielbasa for the win! It was enough for 2 & the flavor profile was fantastic! Guess my hubby was on to something when ordered it!
Now for Chicken Philly ok so good I just can’t stop ordering it second visit second Philly & no it’s not like every other Philly this one has a distinct flavor profile that will want you to keep eating & wish there was more lol!

Pirogies it’s a thing you either know how to make them or you don’t……..these are so yummmmmy & I won’t ever eat another pierogi better than Kielbasa Bus!
Ok I have one more thing to say if you have not tried Kielbasa Bus yet don’t be a fool like me & wait so long…..lol!

Ark makes some of the best kielbasa I have ever tasted. Tonight I had the schnitzel and I would highly recommend eating from the Kielbasa Bus!!!!

The kielbasa is amazing with so much flavor!! The perogies are just like the ones I used to get back at home, homemade and fresh.
Whenever the bus is around we stop and get some amazing food.

Kielbasa Bus has the most delicious polish food! So happy we first came across the truck during one of Channelside Tampa’s third Thursday. We loved their pierogies so much that we decided to hire them for our wedding after party. Mark and team showed up with the truck and served all our guests. Everyone had nothing but great things to say about the food! Working with Matt to reserve the date and pick out the menu was also a super easy process. Overall great team and delicious food, couldn’t thank them enough for helping make our wedding day so memorable!

Just had the schnitzel sandwich today at Tidal. AMAZING! Crispy, great flavor, the slaw and pickles were spot on. Probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in Spring Hill. Must try!!
