I stopped at La Cucina internazionale yesterday. It was my first time trying this place located at 10551 Spring Hill drive just west of Mariner Blvd. The aromas emanating from this place were phenomenal and had my mouth watering. I was greeted by Ray,the gentleman who owns and does all the cooking here which by the way starts as early as 6:30 in the morning. I had a pressed Cuban lightly toasted and a roast pork dinner with yellow rice and black beans. The order was made up quickly and came out piping hot. The prices were right in line with any fast food establishment only much healthier. If I had a choice between my lunch yesterday and a fast food burger, I would definitely choose La Cucina for a quick lunch or a great dinner. Stop by and see Ray and enjoy a great meal. There are even picnic tables to sit down and enjoy your food. Thanks Ray for a great meal. You have a new customer.

Ray's food truck, La Cuccina Internazionale is one of the best family run establishments in Spring Hill. The food is authentic and absolutely delicious. The portions are generous, and the owner is one of the most friendly people I know.
My brother & I are from around the area, and we walk by his food truck almost everyday. We finally had the chance to try one of his famous pressed Cuban sandwiches, and it was mind-blowing! I can't wait to visit here again and try more off of the menu.

Ray’s food truck, La Cucina Internazional, is an absolute gem! If you haven’t had one of his Cuban sandwiches, stop what you’re doing and go now. Seriously. They’re hands down the best in Tampa — packed with juicy, freshly made roast pork and full of flavor in every bite.
We’ve been coming here for years and have never had a bad meal. His Spanish food is just as delicious, and everything is made with care.
Ray is also one of the nicest, funniest people you’ll meet. You come for the food, but you stay for the vibes.
Pro tip: call ahead and your order will be ready when you get there. You’ll thank me later!

BEST CUBAN SANDWICH in the State of Florida! Ray is awesome! Call him and have him make it special for you! I call ahead to order. Love it lightly pressed. He loads it with FRESH MOJO PORK he makes daily! Every ingredient is fresh, delicious and makes this authentic Cuban Sandwich the best around! I dare you to find one better! My opinion but seriously go TRY!! Ray has been serving the people of Spring Hill and surrounding areas for years and years! I moved to Citrus County and when I come to Hernando County…I call him up and drive by to pick it up! He has many other menu options and he caters! I tell everyone about this place! He has many customers that agree with me on where the best is.

Best cuban I’ve ever had! My fiancé and I stopped before our trip to Clearwater. Customer service was excellent and the owner was hilarious! The Cubans were prepared and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend. 🙌
