I worked in a pizza shop as a kid and my family and friends always ask me to make pizza when they visit. Now I just go here and everyone is always very impressed. This is great pizza and the owner is really a nice guy. I also like to support small business and who doesn’t love food trucks . Best pizza around, try it. I wish these folks success .

This little pizza food truck is by far the best pizza Ive ever had in Florida. Im from NY and this rivals some of the really good pizza joints up there. The two guys who work there are the nicest guys also.

Certainly the best pizza in Spring Hill. This is a roadside truck in a parking lot on Rt 19 (by the purple dinosaur). They make about 6-8 pizzas in 2 sizes. The ingredients are fresh and the pizza is thin crust and wood fired, so nice and crisp at the edges.The owner is very friendly and will make other combinations if requested. This place is very popular and can sell out, so calling early to reserve a pizza might be smart.

Awesome pizza! Tried last night based on reviews which are spot on. Great flavor. Dough is stretched fresh which I learned when I quickly called back to see if not too late to change toppings. Loved the subtle smokey taste in crust from the wood fired oven. Will be my new go to pizza place when in area.

Was staying nearby and wanted pizza.There are loads of restaurants in the area that do pizza but they are either chain restaurants or the pizza didn't look like the type I wanted.Saw this place which is really just a food truck (but with a really big pizza oven!) and the pictures of the pizza looked very enticing.Parked next to it and ordered the meat lovers and the white pizza.The 12 inch pizzas are a great size and they both had plenty of really really good quality toppings including lovely sauce and perfectly melted cheese.But the star was definitely the dough.Amazing tasting dough. Both underneath and on the edges. Crispy, chewy and doughy all at the same time!The man making the pizzas (I think the owner) was really nice and we talked about pizzas and food while he was waiting for them to cook.I've eaten a lot of pizzas in my life and these ones are in my top 3 of all time.(Just sorry we're not here long enough for me to get any more pizza)Highly highly recommend the pizza here if you're nearby.
