The brisket was dry thinly sliced and rough. I smoke meats. This was horrible. The Mac n cheese was cold. I’d like my money back

Absolutely the worst bbq ever. Ordered through DoorDash and everything was extremely dry. Like Jerky dry. Even when covering it in bbq sauce it was unbearable. Looked like it was sitting under a heat lamp all day.

I think I can help half the people out here and let y’all know it’s not a restaurant it’s only for Doordash/UberEats/Grubhub it’s an online franchise. You have to order it on one of those apps to get the food. You can’t get it inside the store.
