Couldn’t rate the food here exited in the drive through for 11 minutes before I drove off because no one wanted to take our order. Strong business model must be why they’re stores are everywhere.

My fiancee and I went for lunch yesterday and ordered a combo meal, drink and two sides. Our first side was cold and made by a young worker who was very unsanitary and didn't care about the quality of the food. We spoke to the manager who only gave us a refund for the side despite explaining the staff issues. So we left. I only recommend eating here in the evenings when other older caring staff are working.

Learned my lesson. 39 dollars for 8 piece family deal. Fish was good. Waffle fries a joke. Yuck. Coleslaw stale. Hush puppies. So so. Best of luck after you file for bankruptcy

We'll My issue is the fried clams.Really where's the clam.The bread crumbs taste like and smell like clams.But you literally break one in half no clam in the middle.

I used to work for LJS and I made a special trip to visit this one because I hadn't been to one in several years and I always loved the food. Unfortunately, I was disappointed at the cleanliness. I highly suggest and area manager visits there soon to light a fire under management and give them the tools they need to make things better. The fountain machine is in horrible condition. The women's toilet is disgusting and doesn't flush properly. It needs to be replaced and the entire place needs a deep cleaning. There aren't many LJS around anymore so when customers go there they deserve to feel good about where they are eating. That's how the doors stay open. Customer satisfaction is everything. I will say the staff I dealt with was very friendly and professional. I did ask for my order to be cooked to order and was told they aren't allowed to. That was never a thing in the past. There is no reason they couldn't have cooked some fresh chicken upon request. It was the lunch hour so none would have gone to waste. The food was pretty good although the fries were cold. I could tell the oil was changed recently which is a good thing. I hope when I return next time I see things looking much better at this Spring Hill location. FYI I noticed they are hiring in case anyone reading this is looking for a job. They definitely could use help. I'm very glad we still have access to LJS and I hope to see them open for years to come. It just needs some TLC. I do plan to go back soon.

This is a nice combo a&w long John silvers. Angel was the front counter employee and he was very nice! He brought our food out before we even had sat down- it was very quick and fresh. Thank you, Angel!
