I have ordered pizzas from this location for years use to be great. For the last 10 months every other time we order there is an issue making the pizzas correctly. We were forced to call in our Oder bc online not working, which was ok it happens our issue was with pizzas made in correctly. We ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks and there was an issue with all products not being made correctly. Pizza 1 the crust was supposed to be thin extra crispy, it was a medium crust and not cooked correctly. Pizza 2 crust had no flavor on crust and Parma cheese thrown in box no sticking to crust, very little sauce . We paid $25 for the pizza s and I feel like I thrown my money away. I am sad to say that we won’t be ordering pizza from them.

Thank you so much for your extraordinary customer service! I placed an online order for our local Marcos on our return trip home. The order wanted to switch to a closer location which I denied. However, it still placed it there rather than my desired place. Management very graciously cancelled the order without hassle.

Our Pizza was God awful and when we called to complain we were met with a young lady who had an attitude. I explained there was no sauce on the large pizza to where the associate proceeded to correct me and tell me.it was made with ligjt sauce even though I ordered regular sauce but her recipe cards said it was light sauce. I was then told to call back un 15 min to speak to the manager. The manager did take care of us which is why I did give them a 3.

This has been our go to pizza spot for a few years. However, our last 2 orders (both in January) have not been good. Something has changed. We ordered an extra large and large pizza and cheesy bread and like our last order the quality is not good anymore. Toppings are sparse, even though we ordered extra cheese on one pizza because of the quality on the order prior. One pizza had most of the toppings just thrown in the center of the pizza where the other was so loaded with onions the teens wouldn’t eat it. The thin crust on the last 2 orders is no longer crispy and the cheesy bread was dry and tasteless. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager and the only thing he could do was replace the order. I explained to him we could not return to get new product, but that was all he could do. I now sit with 3/4 of an extra-large pizza, 1/2 of a large thin crust pizza and almost the entire order of cheesy bread sitting in my fridge. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, I used to love to order from this location but they started to decrease their service quality. Ordered chicken Caesars Salad & a pizza. The salad was poorly made, no chicken, & did not received any Caesars salad packets. I order old world pepperoni spicy, got sausage slices. I was wishing it had improved but sadly not. Will not order again.

I ordered a medium one topping pizza with white sauce and garlic sauce crust. Also ordered a medium one topping with white sauce and parmesan crust. Neither one of the crusts had any flavor the white sauce was thin almost did not taste it.

Food has always been good until they started using DoorDash as a backup delivery service. Food is delayed significantly and delivered stone cold. They apparently use this “back up” service frequently as 3 of the last four orders have been delivered by DooorDash and delivered COLD. Marco’s has lost a long time customer.
