Unfortunately, I used to love to order from this location but they started to decrease their service quality. Ordered chicken Caesars Salad & a pizza. The salad was poorly made, no chicken, & did not received any Caesars salad packets. I order old world pepperoni spicy, got sausage slices. I was wishing it had improved but sadly not. Will not order again.

I ordered a medium one topping pizza with white sauce and garlic sauce crust. Also ordered a medium one topping with white sauce and parmesan crust. Neither one of the crusts had any flavor the white sauce was thin almost did not taste it.

Food has always been good until they started using DoorDash as a backup delivery service. Food is delayed significantly and delivered stone cold. They apparently use this âback upâ service frequently as 3 of the last four orders have been delivered by DooorDash and delivered COLD. Marcoâs has lost a long time customer.

Bought two large pizzas from them, not to mention we PURCHASE ALOT of pizza from them until tonight! They left the pizza at the front door in the cold so an hour an a half later we call to fin out where our order is and come to find out itâs sitting outside in the freezing cold, I am at awe that they wouldnât even knock, ring a doorbell or something, what ever happened to common courtesy, If anything The COVID plandemic made companies so freakin lazy, my wife did call and yes I was mad, after an hour and a half waiting, who wouldnât be, so they hang up.. what ever happened to taking care of the customer that helps in keeping their business operating, anyway, I guess weâll start going to Roccoâs pizza!!!

I just came back from Marco's (yes, right before the hurricane), and there was one African American male associate working the telephones, making the pizzas, and helping people with carry-out. I want to give this young man working this evening (10/8/24) a big kudos for remaining calm, professional, and kind. Another young man came in after I had waited for about 10 minutes, stating he had just arrived. To the employee working tonight, you deserve a massive raise as you were juggling many things simultaneously.
Marco's Pizza in Spring Hill: We have ordered from them multiple times, and they never disappoint. The service is incredibly fast, and our order is always accurate. The pizza is absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfect crust every time. Whether youâre craving a classic pepperoni or something more adventurous, Marcoâs has you covered. Highly recommend!
