We used to love this little pizza shack when we lived in springhill, so we were excited to give it a try while we were back in town visiting. Unfortunately things have definitely changed. Its funny i came on here to write a review addressing the terrible management at this location, and the first review i seen was about the manager being terrible. If you can get past that the pizza wasn't quite what it used to be, but it's still pretty good.

Been ordering here for years. We live like 5 min away but in a weird location, so there map always brings up as non delivery. Never been an issue and honestly we really like the rest of the staff here. And tip very well for it every time. But, apparently the new manager was more worried about being abrasive to customers instead of keeping customers in a small town. We actually heard by our neighbors they don't care to order from them when the manager is on staff either. Seems like one person is going to put a dent in another small restaurant here in springhill. unfortunately all it takes is one. Hopefully the manager doesn't last long and the original guys we dealt with keep it running the way it used to.

I always get the barbecue pizza, and normally it's delicious. This time myself and my entire family was shocked how bad the pizza was. The dough tasted funny there wasn't any BBQ sauce on it and the cheese was funky. I ordered 3 of them and everyone was the same way. Because of this ill never eat there again.

We eat at Marco at least 2 times a week pizza usually great got the worst 2 pizzas tonight I have ever had guess I've changed mind about them wasn't enough sauce for one slice let alone 2 pizzas so greasy we throwed them away

We always enjoyed Marcos pizza in different locations because they always loaded the cheese on. Last night however, whoever made our pizzas made the crust too trick around the edges and got cheap on the cheese. I spent $40 on 2 large mediocre pizzas that were dry. From now on I will vote with my wallet and go somewhere else. They have too much competition to send out food like that.
I got there and had to wait an excessively long time the cashier had a lengthy conversation with the person in front of me who had already received her pizzas. While she explained to the customer her radiology courses and why she did not pass her exams due to missing 50 points and a few other details about her curriculum and how she was not a good test taker, and what was needed before she could apply to a hospital as she noticed I waiting there and completly ignored me. No cares at all the someone was in line. I was left with no choice but to wait. Once she finished explaining her classes to previous customer she asked for my order which was an online pickup. After I got home I realized order was incorrect. I called, and was advised since I used an online promotion code, there was nothing they can do but to give me a few dollars off my next order to compensate for the item left off my Pizza. What I wanted was the pizza that I ordered, having ensured the order was correct online. The solution was not acceptable as I drove 20 min to get there and back. I do hope their corporate sees this as I passes other reputable places to order to get there.

April 27th 2025. My wife and I stopped in to get a pizza for the first time at Marcos because we are from homosassa and all we got is junk up here. Chris happily helped us with our order and we got the most wonderful Pizza that we have had in probably 5 years. This is a great place and we'll be going back soon. Thank you Marco's.
