App glitched when I went to place a drive through order. Did not give me a code but yet took money from my bank .
I called McDonald's and was told that this is not an issue that is there problem and to take it up with my bank. No receipt from McDonald's so they just it's the banks fault and will fall off in 5 days .
Nope. Didn't fall off . Shady app, shady customer service from such a huge company.

Went in @ 7pm on 6/11/2025 and the cook in the back was messing up orders and EATONG while making food on the line?? Could see her clear as day too in the lobby. Clear health code violations on top of messing up orders and taking forever to get the orders out. This place has really gone down hill over the last few years and for $50 I'd expect better...

When you come to a restaurant to get a drink to go. And you’re paying $2.79 for a 32 ounce drink. Yes I would like you to fill the entire drink up. I said something to the woman at the drive-through window, where you pick your food up. And she copped an attitude with me. She said my cup was full here.

Came in this morning. Ordered two sausage egg and cheese burritos. It took almost 20 minutes for me to get my food this morning. Does not make no sense to go through a drive-thru and have to wait that long. Really needed to get it together. Made me late for work

The manager was EXTREMELY RUDE to the guests and the workers, she said there was a CO2 leak?? very dangerous. the bathrooms were gross and there was POOP IN THE SINK!!? Never coming here again.

Manager working on 12/29 at night needs to be retrained. Bad attitude and could hear her cursing while I was trying to eat. Thankfully my kids weren't with me or I would have confronted her. Could tell the employees vibes were messed up all because she is in a bad mood. Everyone else was nice.

Fries are raw chicken sandwich was gross the soda taste like chemicals they need a deep cleaning in this place and to train the employees how to make fries properly. Yes i know its fast food but it’s expensive i want what i pay for!
Monday evening I order a Mc chicken since I was running late for work. When I got to work I opened the wrapper only to find out it was only the patty and bread nothing else I find it extremely weird but since I was hungry I ate it only to know that a few hours later I started having diarrhea and other symptoms had to go to the emergency room to find out I have food poisoning bacteria from what I had… if it happened to me it could happen to anybody.
