Fries are nasty nothing like they used to be. Whatever you changed you need to go back to how they used to be.

Took 20 minutes to get a SMALL MILKSHAKE. 20 MINUTES in the lobby. & on top of that HALF THE CUP WAS WHIPP-CREAM. Smh
I understand drive through is a priority. I’ve worked at checkers and Taco Bell when I was a teen. So I’m always pateint eating at fast food when I do. BUT you don’t just blatantly ignore all customers inside. After 15 minutes I tried calling staff to the counter & they looked at me and ignored me lol. Took 5 minutes to have 1 come over and ask me what I needed lol. Terrible attitudes and service. Every other customer was ignored in the lobby anytime they attempted to get an employees attention. Used to spend everyday getting $1 menu items at a teen. WACK

I find it beyond me that people have the ability to be rude in their workplace. Granted, I get that McDonald’s deals with the general public and people can be unpleasant, but a positive and optimistic demeanor should be presented by all means at all times. Managers, Nikita and Kayla are highly unprofessional, highly rude and extremely sarcastic. This review is over a $.27 barbecue sauce that they were holding their ground and giving my wife and kids a hard time. The fact is my wife never received her bbq sauce and was given lots of push back by this team to then realize they never gave my wife the bbq sauce. I find it absurd that it has got to this point that I had to leave a review over barbecue sauce. Consumers beware this McDonald’s is extremely unprofessional and extremely unpleasant. The manager Kayla was rude and highly unprofessional to the point that she hung the phone up on me. I definitely won’t be going back to this location. Not entirely sure if their motive was racially fueled but this location needs to do better. Shame on all parties involved.

Every time I go here they do just fine, and the employees even smile back when they aren’t already over worked and trying to do 6+ things at once during the lunch rushing. It’s amazing what just being KIND to over worked people can do even if something has been missing from one of my orders by accident? It’s been fixed with no real issues at all I just simply show I payed for it and don’t even always have to do that they just give me the item I say was missing.. And they say sorry every single time. As someone who works with food and the general public and knowing this is fast food I don’t expect it to be amazing every single time. I expect it to be fast food, and I expect humans to make errors here and there because none of us are perfect. Especially when you hit those prime times of day like lunch and dinner when it is easy to get more orders than there are even hands to get them done with them needing to be done as fast as possible..…

After waiting for our local senior citizens to back in the spaces and block the drive-through the people in the drive-through clearly do not want to be working here and do not like helping you. I have never experienced such rude individuals in all my life

Tried to swing through the drive-thru to get some breakfast real quick. Woman on the mic immediately came on with an attitude. When I tried to tell her I needed a minute she wouldn't stop asking what do I want. Then when I finally order the prices were way off. When I tried to explain to her what it was showing on the screen she gave me an even bigger attitude and said that I was incorrect. Not dealing with this bs first thing in the morning. Not going back here again!

Went there for 3 cookies and a milkshake and ended up with 3 ice cold cookies and what taste and looks like an expired vanilla milkshake. The shake itself looked yellowish and had a sour taste let alone the whipped cream that was also sour and chunky. This is disgusting.

Drove all the way home - to find they failed again. The sandwich had cheese. I had to drive all the way back to get my money back
This should be the basics running a fast food place. Order food to sell. Put items requested in sandwich.

App glitched when I went to place a drive through order. Did not give me a code but yet took money from my bank .
I called McDonald's and was told that this is not an issue that is there problem and to take it up with my bank. No receipt from McDonald's so they just it's the banks fault and will fall off in 5 days .
Nope. Didn't fall off . Shady app, shady customer service from such a huge company.
Went in @ 7pm on 6/11/2025 and the cook in the back was messing up orders and EATONG while making food on the line?? Could see her clear as day too in the lobby. Clear health code violations on top of messing up orders and taking forever to get the orders out. This place has really gone down hill over the last few years and for $50 I'd expect better...
