Manager working on 12/29 at night needs to be retrained. Bad attitude and could hear her cursing while I was trying to eat. Thankfully my kids weren't with me or I would have confronted her. Could tell the employees vibes were messed up all because she is in a bad mood. Everyone else was nice.

Fries are raw chicken sandwich was gross the soda taste like chemicals they need a deep cleaning in this place and to train the employees how to make fries properly. Yes i know its fast food but it’s expensive i want what i pay for!

Monday evening I order a Mc chicken since I was running late for work. When I got to work I opened the wrapper only to find out it was only the patty and bread nothing else I find it extremely weird but since I was hungry I ate it only to know that a few hours later I started having diarrhea and other symptoms had to go to the emergency room to find out I have food poisoning bacteria from what I had… if it happened to me it could happen to anybody.

Horrible McDonald’s around!! I’ve never been denied to spend $100 bill before! Manager was trying to tell me they can’t accept $100 bills! it’s against the law to deny any kind of cash! She’s lucky she gave my daughter her happy meal and that’s all she would give! I guess she felt bad for denying a child for food! But since when is it legal to deny cash?

I would give this restaurant 0 stars. Payed 30 Dollars for food and they can’t get the order right. Payed for the food and drove up to the second to get our food and the manager asked did I get a kids meal and I said yes. She handed the kids meal but I was like where is the other food? She came back with a look on her face like “yes” I asked where is the other food? She took the kids meal and said then you didn’t order a kids meal. Before I was going to tell her my order, she walks away. Some other lady came to the window and asked what did you order? I told her my order and she handed the right order. I pulled over to check because I knew the order was not going to be right. 6 peace nuggets and med fry was missing so we had to go back inside. The manager was yelling up and down to all the employees in there. People in line complaining about there food left and right. I got my food but I asked for ketchup and hot mustard sauce and she slammed it on the counter and walked off. The customers looked at me and said we been here for 30 mins waiting on our stuff. I don’t know what is going on but needs to be fixed or have 3 managers because one manager can’t handle it. Food prices have doubled and we don’t need to be treated like that. 08/26/2024 6:30pm

This is the second time I’ve gone there and it didn’t use my rewards/deal and today I didn’t even get my whole order, when I tried to call, the line was continually busy.
