Last night we ordered a double cheeseburger and 10 chicken nuggets on the app and when I got to the drive-thru I gave them my code and the girl said okay drive up. I went past the payment window and went to window one and she gave me the double cheeseburger and I asked what happened to the 10 nuggets I ordered and paid for. It took her like 5 minutes to find out that she never put my order in and asked me to pull up to window two. We sat there for about 10 minutes and then I knocked on the window and she came over and said they were making the nuggets now. I said you got to be kidding me you don't have 10 nuggets ready. Then I believe it was the manager that came over with the order after we were online for 15 minutes and I said don't we get anything for waiting and she said we can't give out any coupons or anything and never even apologized. I think they could have given us at least a free drink or something.

The owner of this franchise needs to step up and find better quality employees! The fries are always cold as if they’ve made too many and then they just sit there for a while. The buns for the burgers that always dry. They forget your order half the time because they don’t listen and then they mess the order up. Most of the employees don’t seem to give a crap! Here we are, are choosing to spend our hard earned money on the establishment and the food tastes like crap. The quality sucks! And the weirdest thing is that all they do is send you to a link to complain, which shows that they really don’t give a crap

I keep trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt but they’re a mess. Almost every order they forget my fries/ hash browns. We can’t leave without checking the bags and I have never had such a bad issue at other McDonald’s. And today I get the lousiest excuse of a sundae. Just wanted some vanilla ice cream and they fill it half way.

It was a long wait and only people in front of me then took forever to food thinking its going to fresh when I got home it was horrible and the bun was old and hard my girls was the same a waste of 15.00 do I get my money back🤔
Worst possible customer interaction possible. Was offended I asked the staff at the line if anybody was out front. Surley woman with a fluorescent vest proceeded to verbally abuse me while attempting twice to give me an order for Brianne. Had to actually argue with this gal for sauce. Can’t say enough bad things about this. Pathetic. Staff at this store should be ashamed of themselves.

Everything was wonderful until I went to this establishment for a after funeral gathering and used the restroom there was a sign next to the mirror stating employees must wash hands so I wait and waited for the employee to come they never showed up I was disappointed that I didn’t get to wash myself after using the restroom other then that the service was terrific

New to Florida and was shocked to see during 1pm-4pm McDonald's has an Happy hour on doordash that takes 30% off almost the entire Menu. This is great for retired individuals and workers alike just needing a quick bite. Big Mac meal is like $9 during these hours and Happy meal is like $4
