I recently stopped at your restaurant both on Springhill Drive and mariner and was very disappointed. McDonald’s corporate has changed McDonald’s image when you walk in it does not look like a restaurant. There’s no napkin dispensers. There’s no cell service station for drinks, salt pepper straws. The atmosphere is cold hard uninviting McDonald’s used to be a family restaurant Where you would want to take your children for birthday parties. It is now become so cold inside. it’s like McDonald’s doesn’t want people to eat in you for customers to self check out. There’s no one at the registers McDonald’s needs to go back to the roots that got them there if you look outside and inside of a McDonald’s if you took the logo off the building, you would not know you are in a McDonald’s very industrial cold feeling shame on you McDonald’s corporate

Recently this location has gotten orders wrong and hands out the wrong orders constantly this has been going on for a while now. They dont even wear the coms. All young kids.

Chicken sandwich was not the best got plane with only ketchup and it tasted like pickles but I have got to a few different places and they taste the same probable will never get that again

I don't feel comfortable here it's really bad and the bathroom for men are always dirty and I don't want to be in there any more and being discriminated by McDonalds employees because I'm homeless and struggling to survive the next day isn't really nice of them I almost had a PTSD attack (Abusive Past) because the manager brought 2 police officers over near me while talking about who knows, when I was trying to enjoy my day and drink my water and charge my devices before leaving, I'm not coming back here
Kid-friendliness: It's friendly for kids but please keep watchful because I've seen suspicious people coming in and out and taking 2-3 hours in the bathroom it's really concerning ?

Took forever for someone to even acknowledge us in the restaurant, they kept looking but wouldn't help. We ended up making the order through the kiosk the food was cold and old
I thought I would come on here and say something I went here after my work shift with my bf to get some sweets for my family it was 9:30 ish and it was a big order but I can remember it it was 2 apple pies, one 10 piece nugget,1 hot fudge sundae, 1 strawberry milkshake, 2 Oreo McFlurrys, 2 snickers McFlurrys. We also didn’t get a recipe and I was trying to remember everything in my head we received one bag and one cup holder with 4 drinks keep in mind we ordered 6 the bag was fine it had the apple pies and nuggets but the drinks were not it’s my fault that I hadn’t notice the screw up at first but when we were in the car we did I called to let them know that I was missing two drinks I ordered six and only got 4 but when I called the worker on the other line was very rude she said “well I saw her make them and Ik that I gave you all 4 drinks i can get my manager tomorrow and pull up them cameras to show you” that’s not really necessary I thought I just thought what happened to customer is always right. I ordered six drinks and only walked out the door with four drinks. I called to tell you you made a mistake and you accuse me of lying about how many drinks I got I was not able to get a refund and I was also not able to come back and get the two ones that were missing so I had to go to another McDonald’s and they got my order right I am coming on here because I was upset, I wasted about, $10 on these things that I didn’t even receive and then couldn’t get a refund on my money back just was very rude it I thought of the worker and unprofessional

The staff was friendly but the chicken sandwich tasted old. The fish sandwich had the strongest odor I have ever had. Fish had to be old or sitting there for a while.

It is really sad that a multimillion dollar company tortures its employees by making them understaffed. I doubt anyone is payed well enough to make it worth it, that’s why there’s high turnover.
