The ice machine was broken. So we got warm coke with no ice. We waited over 20 minutes for our food after it was order through the app and said is was prepared and waiting for us.

Went around 1:00. No one helps you at the registers and one of their self-order boards was not working. The lady with the mop was practically hitting us with her mop while doing her routine mopping when we tried to leave.
