This is one of the best McDonald's I have ever been to. I live by it, so I can honestly say you will always get quality food and service from here. Unlike other McDonald's where you never know if it will be good bad or indifferent. At this one you can count on greatness

absolutely zero stars I found a roach in my doordash order DISGUSTING never coming here again
I just ordered and paid 10 dollars for a meal. They forgot my hashbrown and took forever to make the food and people behind me got their food first when I only ordered a meal.

Place mobile order at 10:10 am for breakfast since it wouldn't let us order lunch. Arrived at 10:30 am. As I got out of the car I got a notification the order was canceled at 10:29am. Went in and talked to the manager. She said because the GPS didn't say I was in the parking lot they didn't make the order though the app said it was preparing the food, so she canceled it. What if it was ordered for someone not with me for pickup? She also said she could not resolve it because apparently the food disappears at 10:30 on the dot from the building. There's a reason this person is a manager at a McDonald's and not somewhere that requires more skills. Placed the order due to a time constraint and ended up with nothing on our way to an appointment. Not the first time this McDonald's has dropped the ball usually the food orders are wrong anyway. Definitely won't be back due to poor management.

McDonals food used to be the best now your hamburgers and cheeseburgers are cold. So disappointed.
Self pay kiosk don't work have to pay at the counter, service is bad and almost all of the machines are broken
