seems like the fry cooks either can’t read or cook. They can never get the orders right and even though the grill slip clearly reads what needs to in the order and if by anychance they do get the order right the food is always soggy like they dipped it in a bucket of grease and freezing like it was sitting in a ice bath waiting for someone to order it.

I placed a mobile order at this McDonald's and I have to say, Absolutely the worsted McDonald's. sat at the intercom for 20 min after being told, be with you in a minute. There was only two vehicles ahead of me. After pulling up to the window I proceeded to wait an additional 15 minutes before I received my food. And this next part is my own fault. I didn't check the bag before pulling away from the window, my order is missing a big Mac. I ordered a big Mac meal large, and I'm missing the big Mac. I'm severely pissed off and will not be returning to this location. I do not recommend ordering here, but if you do then make sure to check your bag before pulling away. Worsted experience I've had at any location.

Sat in the drive through for more than 5 minutes watching people in the other lane get their orders taken while me and my husband sat there.
I get that it’s 9:30-10pm but if you’re going to close one of the drive through lanes, put a cone up blocking the lane or put a sign up.

The manager tonight needs to be fired. How can you have it at 9 oclock the doors locked forcing everyone to go through drive through and having the drive through person tell everyone over the speaker they will take your order at the second window making everyone pull up to the second window while their order is being made and hour in drive through. And didnt even get my order taken before leaving. There were more than enough employees you can see through the window to handle everything.

Ordered a hot n spicy mcchicken with extra lettuce (extra charge) there was 5-6 employees standing around laughing obnoxiously clearly making fun of me and it took them 10 minutes with no other customers around, they practically threw the bag at me and didn't say anything and closed the window and started laughing again.
When I opened my food it was a regular mcchicken with a pinch of lettuce and a ridiculous amount of mayo and cold. Not surprised the usual suspects #fatigued

Waited 25 minutes on line at drive though for a happy meal. Long wait for fast food. Then when I pull up they have an attitude and don't even remember my order. Had to remind them to give me a side fry. This McDonald's sucks!!

Ordered a coffee first she handed me the wrong size… then I get a cup full of cream with a splash of coffee and no sugar… I ordered a medium hot coffee with 5 cream, 12 sugars and got a cup full of bs.

Unfortunately I didn't get my receipt, that's on me, I usually say no, but I have to call them and tell them that everything that I ordered, which was special order was perfect, customer service amazing and my food was delicious!
The person taking the drive-thru orders was polite kind clear got my order 100% correct and she was running both drive-thrus like a champ........ Excellent job everybody!!

A group of us from work went for lunch. Tables were disgusting. We had to go to several ones to sit at the one that was the least dirtiest. Stood at fountain station patiently waiting for the worker who was filling straws but blocking drinks to scoot over, however, she just stood in our way until one of us politely went over and started pouring. She then gave us a dirty look. We come here often as it is close to work but after today's visit, we may be choosing another location.

Too much yelling in the kitchen area, loud beeping from equipment non-stop and an upcharge for getting water instead of soda. Overall a lousy experience while trying to enjoy my meal.
