my husband and myself stopped in for a big Mac..and the drive thru and the dining area were both very busy...I can say that the manager on shift this evening shift was very professional ...she kept a wonderful disposition while giving orders to her crew.. very nice speaking to them..and my Big Mac combo and French Fries tasted the best that I've had in a long time...

Went through the drive thru. The guy on the speaker had a bad attitude. I asked if the shake machine was working and he said no. Then I saw someone walking out with a shake. The girl at the window wouldn't let me use Google pay. She acted like she had no idea what it was.

I went through the Mc Donalds drive through today and was very surprised to have experienced excellent customer service because lets be honest, its rarity at Mc D's! This time was different! I felt like I was visiting a high end fast food chain so much so that I asked for the young man's name who waited on me. His name is TJ and he definitely raised the bar in customer service. He cared, took the time to make sure I was happy with my order, took extra steps to make sure our order was exactly what we wanted and all the while served us with a smile. I'm taking this much time to dote on him because this is the first time a Mc Donalds employee has taken the time to do this excellent of a job. He definitely cares about his customers and it shows. That establishment better keep him around and pay him well if they want customers to come back because he is definitely an asset!! If I go back it will be to this location!

Used the app for the first time. Ordered from the car, paid on the app, it claimed that the food would be brought to the table I sat at, waited and waited and waited it never showed up so by the time I finally went to the counter to actually get the food it was not hot at all. Guess you can't truly believe the app 100 precent.

I don't frequently visit this McD's, but the times that I have been have been an excellent experience. They have always been fast and friendly, and the inside and outside of the store is always clean.

This McDonalds is just like every other McDonalds... however, if you get Curbside Delivery, you better be prepared to wait! The entire idea behind Curbside is, skip the lines. Smh. No, you will watch the line pass right by you as you sit, and sit, and sit some more. Everything else is fine... and I have a knee injury so it's hard to walk, so I often choose Curbside.

Unbelievably slow and slim staff. Is one woman running like a crazy person behind the counter and there’s other woman moving like a sloth sleeping in the lobby. They had to ask multiple times for her to come help. Not the first time very slow

Placed a order on the app to go inside because the door was unlocked... for the employees to tell us lobby is closed at 6pm which keep in mind they don't have the hours listed for the lobby, the reason is because they have 3 people working on a Saturday night, lobby should still be open since you're allowing us to place the order to pick up inside, have to go through the drive thru to pick up the order and the employees didn't understand we placed the order already to pick up inside... we just talked to you there's only 3 people you say that are working and you have a long line for the drive thru so our food is getting cold and yet our order is ready... if yall don't have enough people to work a Saturday that is your managers job to schedule correctly and for your general manager to keep crap in check but yall hire people that can't do customer service an do their jobs. All yall had to do was tell us to wait outside you could have brought the orders out to us. It's called customer service, you have no sign on the door saying lobby is closed. Took over 10-15 minutes to get our food that was already ready.
