I went through the Mc Donalds drive through today and was very surprised to have experienced excellent customer service because lets be honest, its rarity at Mc D's! This time was different! I felt like I was visiting a high end fast food chain so much so that I asked for the young man's name who waited on me. His name is TJ and he definitely raised the bar in customer service. He cared, took the time to make sure I was happy with my order, took extra steps to make sure...
