Spring Hill's best buffet option, out of a few choices, but you'll have to cook your own food. The meat is fresh and there is a large variety of land and sea with different flavors to choose from. The soup broths are good, the pot options plentiful and the sauce options only limited by your willingness to test and experiment.

Good hot pot food selection and spicy hot pot! Most negative reviews of this place are people going who don't know what hotpot is and don't have the right expectations. That's like going to a hibachi grill and not liking hibachi. Just google what it is first and you'll be okay. Definitely will be back!

I really like this place, it has great food. The only issue is, if you go with someone else or a whole party we all have to choose the same thing. For example, if one person chose the BBQ and hotpot, the other person cannot choose just the BBQ or just the Hotpot. I don’t know if that’s because they don’t want people to share? Also they have on their menu that they will charge extra if you waste food, so why make people order more than they want to?
I am from NY and I have to say this establishment is absolutely delicious. Customer service was on point. The food was out steaming. Everything else was phenomenal.
