I like this hot pot, but I do find it very bothersome to my breathing issues. It feels a little less ventilated than it should be, but aside from the, the food is pretty good! Never had a problem with quality or freshness despite it being buffet style. The broths definitely need some jazzing up after you get them, but they are still tasty. I wish that had a little larger selection of veggies, but they do finally have rice noodles for my gluten free self. One point of excellence is the staff here. Despite any issue I have, they make it worth coming back over and over.

I ate here with my husband and it was very pretty when we came in and the food is so good, especially coming from a picky person myself I loved the choices and the fact that you can cook ur own meat! Would definitely come here again with my husband! 5/5 for us!

We decided to do Hot Pot for my birthday. We arrived 3 hours before close so we were suprised when we had this experience. We ordered hot pot only, and waited for the conveyer belt to bring some items that we like. After grabbing only a little bit from the belt, the entire hour we were there they only refilled it with some cuts of fruit. I was very disappointed with the lack of options and felt limited. I didn't enjoy the experience.

Terrible service! Don't waste your money! The drive to Tampa is so worth it! We saw the server ONCE and she disappeared. We told her it was our first time and she didn't explain nothing to us just took our drink order and literally never came back, the bus boy literally saw that we needed help and explained everything.We told the manager (he could careless) Never again!
