We were so excited to happen upon this distillery, such a quaint and beautiful location hidden away from all of the hustle and bustle of the area. The chopper bar was probably my favorite, along with the offerings that they had for beer and the tasting. We appreciated the way that the owner treated us and explained everything. We loved how everything that was built into your spirits and the location was 100% made on the property. I even got to pet the donkey! We just wanted to tell you thank you so much!
A group of girlfriends and I stopped by Njoy for an afternoon together and wow! The grounds are absolutely beautiful! It’s so well maintained and creates the perfect space to relax and have a drink! I’m personally not a huge whiskey drinker, but their beer and wine bar provided some yummy drinks and they had a food truck Silva’s Kitchen that was delicious. All in all, a great experience! Natalie, one of the owners was very educational about whiskey, bourbon, rye, scotch during the tasting and I learned a lot!
Went Saturday Nov 9th, for the Veterans K9 charity event. What a great time. Very scenic facilities. Great entertainment, food & drink.
Cute place but you better look at the events page or you will feel ripped off. Went Saturday with friends, 40 bucks to get in 10 bucks a head, bar is beer only, no tasting, no tour. Couldn't buy a shot of whiskey or rum. 2 drinks are premade in a dispenser. 20 min In and out. I'd like to know how much $$$ went to the charity? Hope every bit of the door went to K9 benefit?
Always fantastic fun time!
We've been wanting to visit this place for a while now and finally got a "date night" without child. It was a wonderful experience, very beautifully built and maintained facility, a real gem out in the middle of nowhere. Super-informative tour of the facility and the business history, we really enjoyed it. My favorite story (they have plenty), what do you do when a helicopter crash-lands on your distillery?
Of course, you buy the damaged aircraft and convert it into part of the bar!!
Been in the royal highlands area sense 2018 1st time visiting it today... awesome atmosphere I will be back
Located 5 miles behind Chassahowitzka River Campground, we'll worth the visit and is a true piece Florida. Natalie the owner, distiller, and Educator is amazing. We venture to distilleries everywhere we go and she us by far the most knowledgeable and enjoys
her job. Their Wild Buck Whiskey, Mermaid Rum, and Rise in Shine moonshine are all slippers and mixers, OMG yummy. This is a MUST visit, walk, explore, sip, and drink when you are in the Weeki Wachee(Brooksville) are.
Very cool place! It's worth the drive down the limestone road through true Florida landscape to get to it. Super friendly staff, well maintained facility.
Are kids allowed on property? Would love to visit

Fantastic visit with a wonderful sampling of the whiskeys and rum, plus a great atmosphere that is relaxing and enjoyable.
The whiskey and moonshine is worth every penny I'm not a big rum guy so I didn't get a bottle but it still wasn't bad. The moonshine is only sold at the distillery so if you like it get a couple bottles
COOLEST PLACE EVER! it's a definite do and buy yourself a bottle or TWO of the whiskey or rum.
Super cool place, friendly people, good food and great drinks!
This is one of the coolest hidden gems I've seen. You have to use Waze to fund it, but it's absolutely worth the trip! A must visit for the feel and beverages!
