Making my first old fashioned back in Oregon with the Rye I bought here and it is SO GOOD! I honestly purchased a bottle as much because it was a great whiskey as because the tasting changed my whole outlook on what I drink. The owner who gave it was so passionate and knowledgeable and educated, I loved learning about the distilling process and whiskey industry. I wish I lived locally so I could always keep their small batch, Florida-sourced liquor in the house, knowing it was made with clean ingredients and integrity.
Visit this place, you won’t regret it.

After several years, we finally found the NJoy Distillery. And boy was it worth the search. This quaint while in the wall at the end of a six mile dirt road, is reminiscent of old Florida. Wooden structures, horses, crops. This is a working farm, where Kevin and Natalie source a lot of what they use for there Rum and Whiskey. Natalie will give you the taste tour. Kevin will probably not be found, as seems to have endless projects. Plenty of places to sit and look at the beautiful property at NJoy. There is always a food truck. There is a bar that serves local beers, and specialty drinks. This place is so beautiful, and so relaxing. Highly recommend finding this place. Spend an afternoon. Take the tour. You will be hooked.

We drove out from Orlando after getting several recommendations, and it was absolutely worth it. My husband is a bit of a whisky guy, and we love finding hidden gems like this.

We arrived right at opening and Tammy, the bartender, was fantastic. She gave us the rundown and got us started with a few drinks. The bar serves beer and wine only, while the distillery itself is a self guided tour. Whisky tastings begin at noon, and they bring guests into the gift shop in small groups.

We ended up leaving with two bottles, a hat, and some locally made preserves and meat rubs. We stayed for a few more hours to enjoy the live music. The vibes were great, the atmosphere was relaxed, and it was a beautiful way to spend the day.

It is an outdoor venue, so I imagine it gets pretty hot during the Florida summer.

Also, while their bottles are sold at places like ABC Liquor and Total Wine & More, the markup there makes the drive worth it. Buying directly from Njoy Distillery is noticeably cheaper.

A few things to note.
- They only accept credit cards.
- They also have their own beehives and sell local hunny. The bees were around the bar area but did not bother anyone. Just something to be aware of if you have an allergy. However, there is a lot of land, so there are plenty of bee free spots to hang.

Overall, a great experience and a spot we would happily visit again.

This is truly a gem in the middle of the state forest. They're a great amenities they take all forms of payment. It's a very cute little facility where they make their own rum and whiskey but they also have beer and wine on site.

This place is amazing!
I can't believe I've lived in Springhill for 20 years and never knew about this place.
The atmosphere here is very relaxed.
Definitely a great place to meet up with friends and have a few beers.
Way off the beaten path most of the road is lime stone.
They do cigar bar, putting green, even a helicopter bar !!
This place is well worth the drive from civilization to visit.
We will be coming back again
I think there only open on the weekends until 6pm.
Which makes since because it would be a crazy drive back in the dark...

Try again as my post has been removed. There is a 5 mile crushed white rock road. Lots of white dust will be kicked up.

I heard a lore about a whiskey distillery in the middle of the woods. I had to go out and find it for myself. Was a little intimidated, as I entered a park that said there was bears.
It's a ways back there. But it is worth the drive. absolutely delighted when we pulled into the compound, great place for a wedding, a party or just a sit back and relax, enjoy learning about they're whiskey and enjoying their little bar. There's a place to sit place to run and play interesting place. And whiskey it's good too

Disappointed because we saw this place on Fox 13 and decided to go for a event and special release of limited addition whiskey. So we drove over 2 hours to get there only to find out that they are not doing any spirit tasting or cocktails. It was only beer . So we drove 2 hours for a mich ultra . We could've bought a bottle of the whiskey at over $100 a bottle or rum at $45 a bottle but since you couldn't taste it then I am not spending that kind of money for a bottle . But to end on a positive the facility itself was very nice .
