As a 45 year old foodie who’s been to many Michelin starred restaurants, Nouvelle Cuisine is hands down our favorite restaurant in Hernando County! The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is always consistent and impeccably executed.. We generally get the rack of lamb, filet, or specialty selections like elk or veal. Chef Kinds, Isabelle, and staff always make sure our experience is nothing short of amazing!! The escargot and European cheese board are always a must. The wine selection is spectacular and Isabelle’s wine knowledge is always spot on. The desserts are truly chefs kiss. The white chocolate marscapone cheesecake with raspberry coulis is our absolute favorite!❤️ I promise, you’ll not be disappointed..

If you like small, quaint places, this is the place for you.

I have lived in Dade City for 15 years and never heard of this restaurant until recently. My neighbor said it was really good and worth the upscale price. I have to agree. We had a lovely bottle of wine. The appetizer, the entree' and the dessert were all great. I had left overs, so enjoyed the wonderful taste for another day.

The staff was warm and friendly. The owner comes to your table to tell you about the food that is expertly cooked and to take your order. The staff is professional, courteous and attentive.

One person wrote it was like being in an European restaurant. I have to agree. It's warm and homey. We will certainly be back. Reservations are a must.

5 stars all around for this hidden gem. Cozy family atmosphere with amazing food. Soup or salad is included with dinner. We enjoyed the seafood dinner with potatoes and green beans and my husband had the rack of lamb. And a must have is the chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream for 2 cooked to order. 👍🏻👍🏻

Wonderful French-Belgium country style restaurant with exceptional dishes like coq au vin, slow cooked chicken and vegetables expertly seasoned in a rich sauce. Marscapone cheesecake was exquisite. Nice interior vibe with paintings of Bruges canals and cathedrals with first rate table service and a solid wine list featuring French AOCs. Don't let the modest strip mall exterior fool you. This place is exceptional.

Nouvelle Cuisine is a beautiful, quaint, lovely restaurant with a delicious variety of plates. We started with the Homemade Crepe Stuffed with Seafood and it was absolutely fantastic. Probably one of the best seafood dishes I've ever eaten...and I'm Cajun. My entree was the Filet Mignon and it was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. Service was intimate and attentive. Perfect birthday dinner. We will absolutely be coming back to try more dishes.

Great restaurant. Authentic Belgian/French cooking, excellent service, and reasonable prices for a more upscale restaurant. We particularly enjoyed the creme brulee for dessert.

I absolutely loved this place. The chef is amazing. I had the escargot, dog legs and chicken, all were delicious. I didn't try Elk, but if I wanted to, this would be the place. Meat fell off the bones!

We just had our first experience at Nouvelle I can say without a doubt this has become my favorite restaurant in Spring Hill they actually deserve a Michellin Star. The food was fantastic Angela was great and the owners are so nice. They make you feel like you are dining at home. Will be back again millions of times.
