To be fair the server himself was great.But this trip made 3 times in a row very bad experience.The food is not consistent at all steaks, prime rib,3rd time in a row food comes out extremely under cooked Raw and worst part is that Mangers do nothing other than say sorry.Not nice when half the table are watching the other half eat there food makes it very uncomfortable to say the least .On another note place is flat out dirty. Needless to say we will not be back 3 strikes your out.

Our server was great. The food was well prepared and tasty. The only exception was that our blooming onion was slightly burned. Looking around, it was obviously shades darker than others and didn't taste as good as the last time I had one.

Had a bad experience on 11/11 Tracie reached out and invited us back . I went in today 12/8 , Carissa waited on us this time . She was super attentive and friendly came to the table and made sure everything was correct and we were happy . The food came out fast and it was hot and delicious and properly cooked She asked if we were dine reward members ( which we are) . I've been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and was very impressed with her .Carissa is a ASSET to this restaurant.

Went for lunch with Mom and had a wonderful experience with excellent service. Andy took care of us! We both had the unlimited soup and salad. If you have never tried the chopped Bleu Cheese and Pecan Salad and love those you need to try it! I always order it and sometimes go out of my way to get one. On this cold day, we also had the French Onion soup. Warm, melty, savory and delicious. It also makes a yummy baste for any steak on the menu. When it came time for a reorder, this was my chance to try the Tasmanian Chili. Yum! Andy suggested it and said it is his all time favorite. Loaded with chunks of beef (not ground beef but steak), no beans and a bite of heat…it was delicious. It comes served with shredded cheese and green onion and I added sour cream for a creamy, cooling affect. Thank you, Andy! Now I am hooked too! Mom had the same but was full and didn’t reorder. When I do go back, I will be sure to ask for Andy! He was the cherry on top of our dining experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We absolutely love the OutBack location in Spring Hill, Fl. Our server Dylan was always on point and such a delight to Converse with, the food was exceptional as well. The cooks really know how to grill it up!! My mother and I will definitely be back again and I do recommend this OutBack location for anyone traveling through or living in the area!! if you want a property cooked steak this is definitely the place to dine. They get a Five star review from us. Great guys!!

I'll just say this October 4th 2024 for my wife and I visit it there. We had a very bad day with the passing of her mother and dealing with the sheriff's office here in Spring hill the store manager and our server were extra caring about how bad of a day we're having we are from Maryland and made us feel a part of there Family but this visit last night. Which was way out of the ordinary for the store the food came out wrong , the food we ask for what's over spicy we ordered for other than that. I believe the store's actually one of the better stores when the East Coast.

What happened to the really good Outback experience that I used to have ??? Food was mediocre at best, and OVER PRICED. Blooming Onion was nothing but Grease, this used to be my favorite appetizer. Not recommended to go here.
