Waited an hour for a pick up order. This place needs better management.

It seems like most of the reviews on here are fake. The food is not good. I live right down the street. I have been here around 5 times and each time the food is not good I tell myself that they just opened and it will get better. It has gotten worse if anything. They are busy and are very slow to get orders out. Be prepared to spend a lot of time in the drive through. The double drive through is the most poorly conceived one I have ever seen. You order at the pickup windows almost and 2 lanes are fighting to get in front of each other right before the ONE single lane pickup window. I think the person working the drive through may be hard of hearing or the speaker sucks because I had to repeat everything several times. Its a huge mess, the food is not good do yourself a favor and pass on this Panda. Although they have the name and logo they are far from a real Panda Express.

We were very excited about Panda Express, but have been pretty disappointed every time we’ve gone. Tonight though, topped the cake! There were maybe 5 cars ahead of us. They had the side blocked off so even if you were tired of waiting you couldn’t even get out of the drive through. It took almost an hour, only to be told they had no rice…. Maybe make a sign at the entrance to the drive through idk. Having so much time wasted really shows how little they care for customer service. I think we’re going to wait a few months before trying again, if we do at all.

7 girls working the counter and maybe 3 boys cooking. Just about all the options for food are sold out. Extremely slow service. The entree options only had fried rice. I chose to wait 6 minutes for the noodles. Which ended up being a lot longer. Had to wait for wontons also. By time our food came out it was cold. How were the noodles cold if that’s what we waited for? Orange chicken was gross. It was hard as a rock. Like it sat for too long. People waiting for online orders stood there for longer than 30 minutes. Not cool Panda.

Terrible place. Had about 10 pick up orders on screen. No one working there n to go orders. I could have went through line and get food faster. Waited a half hour after the estimated wait time. Manger was no help.

I wanted to share my first experience at the new location. Ive heard a lot of positive feed back from others about this place, they said it is under new ownership so I wanted to give it a try.
So here is my honest review of this place. It is a new building so everything is very nice and clean. I do not know about the restrooms, I did not use them while I was here. We did dined in, and tried a variety of dishes. Personally I have tried other locations and to say they never did very well in my opinion. Im actually disappointed, and was hoping for a better outcome. The food looks amazing but is very bland in taste. You would probably get a better seasoned food at the buffet across the street. As you can tell just by looking at the photo its pale and not seasoned properly. They beef and broccoli was smooshy like they over cooked it in water. The only thing that actually had any type of flavor was the items that had a little spice or chili in them. The steak was good and tender, but like most of the food it needed more seasoning. The eggrolls tasted better than the entrée. I understand that everyone is different, but im truly disappointed. Considering all the new hype towards this place. I will give it another try down the road but if nothing has changed I will not be coming back, and would rather go anywhere else. Atleast I know the food has flavor.

Do not order online or the mobile app. You will be waiting at least an hour even when it stats your order is ready at 10 min. Horrible service. Will never go back. If you want to eat faster just go in and get in line.

My favorite is the honey walnut shrimp, but everything is fresh and delicious!! Great when your in a hurry too always ready no waiting for food to cook!! If you’ve never tried never been here try it today!!

I ordered online. And picked up my food. There was an employee there that took the time to help me even though they were sitting down eating. There name was Fran. Very warm and friendly. It was my first time. My daughter and I loved our food.

I love to go there. I have ordered on my mobile app and dine in. Both ways were perfect. I love the food. My personal favorite is Kung Pao chicken. If you have a nut allergy, you shouldn't try it. But it's super spicy hot. I have not been disappointed in any of my food selections. They have all been delicious. The restaurant was clean and set up nicely. It was a wonderful experience. It's been a tad busy, but it's expected as it opened recently.

Ordered our first pickup order tonight. Our order was to be ready at 6:14. However, my husband waited over 45 minutes. Staff wasn't very helpful. We won't do that again. The food was good and priced well.

Went on my lunch break thru the drive thru. Sophia, with her great personality and smile, made my day. It gave me the pickmeup to finish out my day at work. The food was good but the strawberry Fanta that day wasn't that great. It may have just been a little off. We order from here a lot and I think the prices food and service makes that possible. Door dash does take a while but it's getting better. Keep up the good work Panda Express.
