I had the broccoli cheddar soup which was pretty good but my husband had the onion soup which he didn't care for he had asked before ordering if it was typical onion soup with the cheese Etc they told him yes, well it wasn't I tasted it it had a slightly sour taste did not have cheese French onion soup. I also had a grilled cheese which was good but nothing special. The place was empty and the atmosphere what kind of meh.

The food is great and the people are great here. I made a mistake and placed an online order at the wrong store. The store I went to fixed my order and the order I placed at the other store was refunded. I was totally at fault and did not expect this level of service. To say the least I was very impressed!

I always come to this location. The closest one to my house. I ordered out and ordered a chicken frontega sandwich. I'm half way through the sandwich and realized that I was chewing on a piece of plastic. Sure enough was a piece of plastic! Never again! That's to show everyone that the employees don't check or be careful with the food. I had to throw away the rest of the sandwich! Disappointed!

Have not been to Panera in a very long time. Spent $30 for two half sandwiches and two bowls of soup, and two drinks that seems absolutely ridiculous. The sandwiches were good but both soups were lukewarm at best. The girl that took our order in the front with super sweet and friendly however the people giving out the food couldn't care less and didn't really seem to want to be working today.

Ordered some bagels for breakfast and they are horrible ,looks as if they forgot to put the yeast in the ingredients extremely thin, and are not soft , been at this location several times and seems to be getting worse each time!! Also got their hazelnut coffee and it tasted watered down….

They refuse to give anything back to the community. I called on behalf of a local middle school to see about sponsoring 1 meal for the football team and they said absolutely not, we don’t do this. Spend your money and eat somewhere that cares about its community. Two thumbs down.
Went with my mom. We had 2 orders. Picked up my order. Then went to pick up my moms food. The woman making the food forgot to put the soup on the plate. I told her the soup is missing. She said somebody already picked it up. I was confused. She said, weren't you just here and picked up the food? I said yes. I have 2 orders. This is the second. And I need my soup. She said it again. Somebody already picked it up. She implied I stole soup and tried to get another one for free. She has no common sense and is ignorant. I should have asked for the manager. Unacceptable. To accuse paying customers of stealing food. But she didn't question who was the one that stole it. I used to come here many times a week. I'm done. Not a way to treat customers.
