Really shocked at how bad the bagels were. Ordered a 13 pack with cream cheese. The cream cheese isn’t the same as they used to have, it was so tangy I checked the dates twice just to make sure it wasn’t expired. the bagels were so dry , not chewy or airy like they used to be. I had no idea until googling that they now use frozen par baked bread. Won’t be eating here anymore, was incredibly disappointed.

I went in this morning to relax and have breakfast and read a book. The entire time 2 employees were talking the entire time very loudly. I couldn't even read and relax. Even after putting my noise cancelling head phones on I could still here them. It was so unprofessional. Especially hearing them talking about customers. This was the worse experience I have ever had at Panera.

I attempted to do a delivery order through the app, however, the food was never actually delivered. Then I tried to call DoorDash, but I was directed to call the store directly. Then I tried to call the store and the store told me there was nothing that they could do. So then I went into the store and a manager told me that he would remake me the order at no charge as it was never delivered. I showed all of the proof from the order never being delivered as well. Once the food was re-made, this lady manger tried to charge me for the order. As a result, I will never ever order from this Panera again. This is a horrible way to treat a customer.

No customer service. Walked in - several employees looked over but not one person greeted, said we’ll be right with you - looked and then looked away or walked away. Had to repeat my order several times - and still had it wrong. The salads are good, soup is good but sandwiches are made skimpy and are cheap with ingredients. The “bagels’’ Used to be good and no more croissants.
