Really wish employers knew who they were hiring. I came here today excited for icecream and a big family was in front of us. Now working myself in the food industry I’ve been overwhelmed but I never showed my aggravation. I was greeted by a rude employee. Blonde haired girl. She asked what we wanted and we said we didn’t know yet because the family in front of us was completely covering the side with the other flavors. First thing she says “so you can go around and look at them” mind you with such attitude. Then my mom asked her if they had blueberry cheesecake and she again with attitude said no! And walked away. Like okay rude. My mom looked at me like wow that wasn’t nice. Then while we were waiting for the family in front to finish so we can read the flavors another employee a blonde man asked what we wanted and we said the same thing that we were waiting to see. My husband being super polite mind you. And the employee rolled his eyes and walked away. At this point I wanted to scream but there were two other employees that were nice that I wanted to help us. A gentleman who usually wears a flat top hat and another gentleman who wears a durag. They were polite and smiling. Sadly the girl ended up taking our order and was so rude the whole time she asked if I wanted a receipt I said yes please and she turned away and didn’t give me one. Now my husband was sitting at the table and the blonde man went to the table pointed to the napkins and said with attitude uhm can you give me that. No excuse me; nothing. Usually we wouldn’t care but it’s the fact he was already rude. Moral of the story is if you can’t handle being in customer service DONT WORK WITH CUSTOMERS! Wish employers payed attention to this. If you want to go to papa Clyde’s go to the other one if you see these employees if you want a good experience. Or heck just go to a McDonald’s.

Delicious ice cream. We got 2 single scoops and a pint to go. The vanilla almost tastes like whip cream. The person behind the counter was very nice and helpful. Will definitely go back.

They need heaters outside sometimes. It’s cold in the evenings when you can’t get anyone’s attention. Great servings, Great ice cream. Just good luck getting it. When the kids sneak by the window to vape you can pound on it then and get their attention.

The gentleman that took my order was very pleasant and was generous when serving us. I asked for ice cream recommendations and he hit it right on the nose. We were just passing by but now anytime we visit that side of the state I’ll make it part of our plans! Ice cream was delicious! Also, great value for the money!!
